Expresspark - North PHL Airport Parking

Great experience. Everything went very well: Checked in quickly using my reservation. The driver very shortly picked us up at our car and loaded our bags onto the van. A short trip to to the terminal Upon our return the van picked us up just a couple of minutes after we claimed our bags. The van was not crowded. The driver helped us with our bags and we were quickly returned to our car. The person at check-out was prompt and efficient. No surprises with our bill. Very nice employees!

Always extremely friendly and professional. We never have to wait long for a shuttle. The location is easy to get to. We've never come home to a single scratch on our vehicles. The price is very reasonable. The lot is big enough we always get a spot but not so big I have to spend 15 minutes getting to my vehicle. With all of that I would still say the courteous manner of their employees is their best feature.

Great price. Great service. Van picks you up at your parked car, the driver loads and unloads your bags for you (if desired)....and by making a reservation upfront you keep your costs down (and the price is already quite good for airport parking in a major city). Pick-up was equally easy and fast on return....and driver again loaded/unloaded bags and dropped us right at our car. Excellent!

these guys are great!!! they got me to the airport quickly for my flight out. it was a great price!! when i got back from vacation my car battery had died. they had a jump box and our driver helped out. the super sweet lady who cashed me out gave me candy for the ride home. those two were my saving grace after a long trip. i wish i had gotten their names. thank you for a great experience.

I have been using the north lot for a couple of years, never have complaints. Our last trip was 12/13, we arrived to the lot at approx 5:05pm , a van picked us up immediately at our car. our flight was boarding at 5:40, we were at F terminal by 5:15/5:20pm. Drivers are always courteous and helpful and i always end up tipping more than i plan to because of the service. Our return trip was just as good.

The entire experience was great.. greeted politely, the shuttle immediately picked us up and put our luggage in the shuttle. The driver was extremely positive and polite!! Our return shuttle from the airport was a great experience as well and as a bonus, we ended up with the same driver!! We will definitely use this parking service on our next getaway!!

This was my first experience with Expresspark. I was quite please. The staff--drivers and staff tending the office--were all very courteous and friendly. Service was efficient and fast. It was helpful to be able to reserve my spot. The lot is close enough to the terminal, that I think the entire process was faster than using one of the airport's remote lots. Based on my new experience, I am happy to recommend them.

From the moment we drove into the lot till the time we left the service was excellent. We ordered our space on line, so when we arrived we had a an area close to the exit. The drivers were courteous and friendly. The driver on the pickup offered us candy and told us about how the local weather had changed. The cashier at the exit was also cheerful, friendly. Unless there are major changes to your company you got a customer for life.

I continue to be impressed by this business. I have used it for years, and I see how they are REGULARLY improving services. I like the new scanner, the funny social media engagement, the new vans, and the ALWAYS pleasant staff.
I know that in this business, it cannot be easy to get friendly, nice people.

Always quick to get picked up from the terminal. Always very nice on the phone. TJ is one of the best evening shift drivers! Have only been using them for about 8 months, but we are completely happy! We feel safe leaving our vehicles there.

Both the drop off and pick up drivers were courteous and helpful. I will definitely use this company again. The car was safe, we took our keys with us. The pick up driver even loaded our luggage in the car. Super nice guy.

Excellent airport parking choice, and definitely my go-to. It is always a very quick in and out experience. There is always someone there to immediately take you to the airport and pick you up.

On departure, they get you out quickly - never worried about waiting for a full departure load. On return, I've never waited more than 5 or 6 minutes on the pickup.

The drivers are very professional and courteous.

I use Expresspark every time I fly out of Philly and do not plan to switch any time soon. From start to finish, the entire process is seamless. The drivers and cashiers are so friendly, at all hours. The lot is well lit and I'm comfortable with both my safety and the safety of my car while it is there. They make my travel plans so much easier.

ExpressPark did a great job on our latest trip. When we dropped off the car the van was there right away to take us to the airport. When we returned, it was very cold and the van was there within minutes of calling. Driver was friendly and very professional. Great experience overall.

We have been using express park for the past 10 years. We have never had a bad experience with them and their drivers have always been super friendly. They pick us up from the airport within 10 minutes of us calling almost every time. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The woman I got off the phone with to be picked up from the airport told me she loved me. It was a total accident, but flattering nonetheless.
Will DEFINITELY be back here though because everyone has a personality and my car was very safe on my 6 day trip.

This is my 5 or 6 time using Expresspark in the last 12 months. I am extremely appreciative of the great customer service (from everyone), friendly drivers, timely pick ups and organized system of housing cars. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up from the airport and I am greeted by name upon arrival. This is my only choice for parking when flying out of the PHL airport. Highly recommended.

I've used express park north for my last 3 vacations and they're always professional. Took only a few minutes for the van to show after I called, and the driver made sure my older car would start before he drove away. Will definitely use them for my next trip.

Staff is so friendly. I called when I got my bags and was picked up quickly. They verified by name every one that was there for pick up to make sure they didn't miss anyone. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for not just affordable airport parking but awesome customer service as well.

First time flying out of PHL, and this could NOT have been any easier! Even at 5 am, van pulled right in back of us, and the driver was pulling our bags even before we could try and get them! Fast ride to the terminal, and again the driver got our bags to the curb, and made sure we were there with them. On our return, did just as instructed, calling the 800 number on the business card, an the van was there in less than 10 minutes, We were hungry after a very early flight, and the driver gave advice and very detailed instructions on how to get to a real good diner on Industrial Drive (right next to their Green lot!).

Both drivers and the booth attendants were super friendly, and we never had to worry about our car for our whole trip. Highly recommended!
