Rogue Valley Billing Services

WARNING! This company also goes by Resolution Resource and Southern Oregon Credit Service. They are completely dishonest and have no shame in lying. I had a large bill with Medford Medical that I was waiting for the insurance to finish paying. When I was assured that I still owed $100, Medford Medical told me I could make payments of $20 a month. The next month they sold the bill to Rogue Valley Billing Service. RV Billing kept the $20 and said I still owe $100 and they also tacked on a so-called 'transfer fee'. They were rude and belligerent when I confronted them about this. Also, I informed them that Medford Medical said I could make the payments on the 25th of the month, but RV Billing wanted it sooner so I scheduled them for the 20th of the month thru bill pay with my bank. They then proceeded to call me multiple times a day telling me I was late when it wasn't even the 20th. I made a consumer complaint and they lied to them, stating that I hadn't made any payments but then they slipped up and said they received a money order from me. They can't even keep their lies straight. I never sent them a money order and they had received the first payment, I had the cancelled check thru my bank. Now when I'm down to owing them a whole $25.27, they are sending me dunning notices saying I'm past due, even when I have copies of all my cancelled checks. They are lower than slime. All of my checks are stamped on the back 'Southern Oregon Credit Service', so even though I pay Rogue Valley Bill Service, I know they are one and the same company. Also, I notice that they never deposit my checks until a week or more after the bank sends them out, just another dishonest tactic to make their nasty phone calls and send their letters out. They probably have stacks of checks that are sitting on a desk that they go thru to see who they can haul off to court rather than deposit them. I give them a negative 10 stars.

Won't send an invoice... but are calling about a $10 balance... will not say who the balance was owed too or why they have it... they used a robot caller... lowest of the low.
