Amazing employees who are knowledgeable and who genuinely want to make your experience excellent. I needed a new rear shock & the team worked so hard to source a great part that I would love.. then they quickly installed it. They communicated well and kept me updated though the entire process.

The staff at this location are fantastic. We are always greeted with friendliness and expertise. You can trust that your bike will be treated with care and that whatever you need will ne done right. Jake and Ben were incredibly helpful with a recent issue we had with a tire, and we are super satisfied with the result. Service is quick and communication is thorough and easy. I definitely recommend this location for all you biking needs!

01/24 update:
It's been nearly four years now with my Trek Domane+ HP and still couldn't be happier with the bike and the shop. I have over 23K on it now and the gang at Cherry Hill have been doing an outstanding job keeping it running right as needed. Great Team!

John Francis, Sales Rep at the store, did a great job handling my questions and addressing every inquiry with expertise. I had a strong understanding of what I wanted in my next bike and the exact model, size and color was in stock. I came to look and test drive and went out with the Domane+ HP in my truck.
This company store reflects Trek's company culture very well and I might know, I visited the Waterloo, Wisconsin plant in October for a personal factory tour. I've did over 70 miles in two days with my new bike...THIS BIKE IS A ROCKET!

I took by bike to Trek Bicycle two years in a row after moving to the area. Their work is superior. My bike comes back ready for another year of riding. Their recommendations are well thought out and I greatly appreciate the guidance on how to keep things running longer.

All I have to say is that I had an exceptional sales experience with your employee Jake. He went over and above my expectations and feel he's an asset to your comany. Great experience with Joe and Don! Great what they do when upgrading to a bigger bike for kids! The donation aspect is amazing! They have a customer for life for that alone. Plus they build a great product!

My Domane SL4 (2021) is great!! I am confident in the bike when I go to put my pedal down, stand and crank it, brake hard or shifting. Ray, the other mechanics at the store, Don the service manager, keep my bike runnning smooth with that confidence to go ride as hard as I can. The sales staff like Joe are friendly and helpful with all types of equipment and apparatus to keep me up-to-date and safe on the road. Jake the store manager, he is the best! A good guy to talk music or poetry (?) with he told me about a cycling club that changed my biking (almost ready to call myself a cyclist), and his encouragement to get as much out of riding as I can has been the good friend I needed when I started riding and knew nothing. I tell them at the store as often as I see them that if it wasn't for them I don't think I'd have elevated my level, that they contribute to my success and feeling strong on the bike, on a ride. Cycling is not cheap but that kind of help and support is (as they say) priceless. Or in my case, comes with gifts of homeroasted coffee and homemade wine!!

Such a pleasure working with Ben today. Very smart and knowledgeable about all things Trek, and bikes in general. Fantastic and friendly customer service too! I highly recommended Ben at Trek Cherry Hill!

I recently purchased a new Trek road bike from this bike shop and I had the best experience as a customer! Sebastian and Jake were outstanding! Sebastian made sure the order was correct and delivered before a time sensitive date and Jake took the time to go over the functions and details of the bike to make sure I would be comfortable and safe during my rides. Drew and his team at Trek Cherry Hill NJ are the best example of what exceptional customer service should look like. I have always been treated with care and kindness from every person there. This is an amazing place. The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they try to find out. They went above and beyond to help me to solve every issue I had. Drew has a very caring approach and always makes you feel like you are important when you have a question. He is also a great source for trails to try.
Although it is a long drive for me to get there, it has always been well worth my time. I am glad that I chose to come here to get my bike. The bike quality is top notch, but it is the customer service that will keep me coming back.

I ordered a front rack from another provider who assured me it would fit. I had to return it. I then went to trek and Jared spent a great deal of time to find a rack that would fit my bike. He ordered it, at a fair market price and when it arrived he called and offered to install it at no charge as it appeared complicated. The mechanic who worked on the bike was knowledgeable, diligent, and precise. I cannot recommend the cherry hill NJ store more.

Very impressed by the professionalism and dedication from everyone we interacted with @Trek in Cherry Hill. All our questions were answered and we weee made to feel that we stop by any time for whatever is needed.

Went shopping for a bike and left very happy as the proud new owner of an FX2. Jake helped me understand the difference between the FX models, he made sure I was comfortable on the the bike, answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on accessories based on his personal experience. Highly recommend and I will be going back for all of my maintenance and tune ups!

This store is WELL RUN! Jake, Drew, Dino, the mechanics are fantastic and understand Customer service. I've purchased now two MTB's from this store. They cared enough to not "oversell" me on the first and offered great advice on the 2nd purchase to ensure it met my evolving needs. Although I prefer using mom and pop type local business, dealing with these guys over the past few years has honestly been the best retail experience I've encountered in recent memory. From large purchases, to small, service, support, knowledge, I can't say enough good things.

First things first, the customer service at this Trek shop is outstanding. I was looking for the new 2020 Full Stache but no one had one available in this area. But from the moment I called this shop in particular, Kelsi was able find the bike and answer all my questions. Next thing I know I’m at the shop getting sized up, bike ordered and one test ride later I was pretty much sold. I knew I was going to like the bike but the fact that Kelsi and all the other folks here were so friendly and very helpful, it really sealed the deal. The process here was seamless, stress free and fast. Having piece of mind that they’ll take care of you and your bike is awsome and it’s great to know I always have a shop to rely on when things need service or repair.

And I’ll be posting a review on the 2020 Trek Full Stache 8 in a few weeks after I get some time on it, but first impressions are that I absolutely love this bike, from the color to the handling to the big 3” tires.
