There is so much good to say about this restaurant!

Let's start with the food. I have been looking for a good Eggs Benedict for forever, always being let down before, but I finally found it! The eggs were cooked to perfection, soft and serving as a sauce for the dish.

Parking was super easy--no paid or parallel parking! The service was good, not remarkable in any way but good.

The only slightly awkward thing is the table they say 4 of us down at was rather small. When our food came out there was no room for my coffee. Not a deal breaker but awkward.

Overall, I'll be going back for sure!

Went out to celebrate, this is our first time eating here. Customer service was outstanding. The food was so delicious. This is really fine dining at its best, and the price is reasonable. I would suggest to make reservations online ahead of time. (I forgot to take some pictures of the place)

This was our second visit to Tavern on Kruse and the food was once again phenomenal. The patio is really lovely, especially the area around the front, and it was very quiet and serene for our brunch. Both of the benedicts (crab/steak and smoked ham) we ordered were fantastic - this place nails the hollandaise - and the chef's bowl with pork belly was a winner. The portions are good for the price as well. Our service was a little less attentive than we'd have liked this time, but I still absolutely recommend it for the exceptional food and relaxing environment.

Incredibly delicious food, very friendly staff and really nice decor!! I had the egg and sausage sandwich and it was wonderful. Highly recommend! Will definitely return soon.

Omg, pumpkin beignets were to die for...so light and delicious. So good we devoured them before I got a pic. The seafood omelette with house smoked trout and crab and leak fondue was so good and as much as I usually hate red peppers they were an amazing accent to the dish and were just a touch sweet. The hubs had the beef brisket hash though less hash like and more bowl like it was equally delightful with large chunks of house smoked brisket tossed with a nice assortment of root vegetables. Their fall menu dropped today and so far it's amazing!

Great place. Lazy rainy Sunday morning brunch. Steak Oscar Benedict was excellent as were their Spicy Bloody Mary's. Service was great waitstaff attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend for Sunday Brunch, I will have to go again and check out dinner 😉

This is one of my favorite Lake Oswego staples. I started going here a few years ago for brunch and loved it. Now I go all times of the day. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the space is clean/elegant inside but not over the top. You will be comfy in your spring brunch wear out on their patio. I love to stop in here for there Fried chicken, mac n' cheese, and greens!

First time visit this restaurant. Sitting outside with nice area, after some time, we were greeted by Server Amanda who is knowledgeable about dishes,funny and friendly . Happy hour food we ordered overall are tasty ( mushroom ravioli, tacos, Brussels sprouts ) and the winter burger is five star quality ( fresh, juicy, flavorful). We definitely want to come back again.

Kent Lewis and Chef Nate recently re-vamped their already tasty choices and you can’t beat a relaxing mid-day lunch in the open air. The kitchen know what they are doing and the staff is wonderfully attendant.

What a fantastic spot! Ive been going to this restaurant now for many years - dinner is always on point! Today we had breakfast which was spectacular. Their pumpkin beignets were to die for. The seafood omelette was perfectly prepared and the espresso crusted brisket hash uniquely flavorful. The real star of the show at this establishment is the consistently excellent customer service!

We didn't think about reservations on a Wednesday night, but they were quite busy! And for good reason, I discovered: Both the food and service were excellent. The atmosphere gets a few stars taken off due to noise: an open concept with minimal furnishing, paired with a very high ceiling equals echo issues.Maybe hang some tapestries or big soundproofing boards?

But the echo isn't a deal breaker: I know I'll be going back.

I’ve been here twice, one for Mother’s Day and again with family after my wedding, and both times have been such a great experience.
They have beautiful drinks and a great selection of quality food. The steak, salads, and garlic fries are my favorites!

Nice food and staff. A bit of an older crowd early in the evening (happy hour) but more of a mixed age crowd by 5:30pm. Great drinks and burger.

Great food, amazing wine list, friendly staff, and very nice atmosphere. Caprese salad was awesome! Exactly what you want for a nice lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!

Tavern on Kruse is truly a gem. The food is seasonal with something for everyone. Small appetite/big appetite/sharing, with a varied and seasonal cocktail menu to match. Staff are courteous and to the point which is a breath of fresh air. We’ve been going there for years and don’t plan on stopping.

The staff is so friendly and attentive. I was there to meet someone for happy hour and I was very pleased with the bet selection and the food selection in the happy hour menu. I will definitely be going back. I'm thinking it will be sooner than later.

Always LOVE our food adventures at Tavern On Kruse! They NEVER disappoint! They just make us want to return earlier, and more frequently! Live music for the summer!

First time last week. Their prices are SO good. They do have $35+ entree plates, yes. But everything is SO appropriately priced. Most sides and apps are under $10 vs McMenamins would be $15-20 for the same dish, let alone Kruse’ burgers are under $20! And even their more expensive Poke Bowl app is like a MASSIVE amount of poke on top a heaping portion of guac. It was SO good. But really what sealed the deal was when I was served their steak tenderloin, which I ordered medium rare, it was over cooked to a medium well-“ish” and before I could even get a word out our server noticed and told me she’ll take it back. Talk about service!
