Boardwalk Bar & Grill

We had a terrific experience at Boardwalk Bar & Grill. We were a party of 6 on a Wednesday night. Luckily they had a table for us on the rooftop. Our server was fantastic. She gave us plenty of time (with no pressure) to decide what we wanted. The food was ready faster than we expected. Burgers were huge, fresh and cooked to order with a nice, chewy kaiser roll. The fries were definitely made with fresh potatoes and were perfectly done! The chicken quesadilla was loaded with chicken and cheese. Pasta was delivered as promised with marinara on the side. Even though they were busy we never felt rushed. Great choice for dinner!

When Tiki Bar now has 20$ cover and no kids allowed, we landed at this place and absolutely no regrets! Food came out VERY fast, staff is so nice, and a view is amazing! Nachos, chicken nuggets, kids pizza - all good! Great spot!

Location location location! If you are a "people watcher" this is the place for you. It's about midway on the boardwalk. They offer indoor or rooftop dining, we chose the rooftop. It overlooks the beach and boardwalk. Dalton, our server, was AMAZING!!! He was very attentive and not overbearing which we loved. A great server makes the best experience. Thank you Dalton!! I ordered a drink that was meh and he offered to replace it which I appreciated. We ordered the fried seafood platter with garlic mashed potatoes and one with French fries. Best part were the mashed potatoes and the crab cake. Soooo good! The rest was okay, maybe not the best seafood place. Favorite drink was the BBG signature punch. We will definitely be retutning. Have to try their burger for sure!

The rooftop area was amazing! We came on a weekend at around noon and we ordered the california chicken salad and it was amazing! Definitely recommend this place if you are fed up with the typical boardwalk food and prefer high quality meals. We got tired of the same hot dogs, pizza, fries so we came here and glad we did. They also sanitize after every visitor and also maintain safe social distancing.

The food was amazing . Not the type to give reviews often but when deserved I’ll do it . John upstairs was amazing . Service was great . Came at the right time always to see if I needed food or drinks . Amazing food . Calamari tasted like they just took them out the Atlantic . Lobster roll amazing . Thank you John I’ll be back

Wow!! We happened to order their pizza and some seafood . PIZZA is the best we ever had in years way better than Domino's or Papa John's combined. Seafood is pretty good too.
We will order pizza all times from now on if we do visit point pleasant Beach soon.

Our server Amanda was outstanding. It’s hard going out to eat with kids especially young kids with special needs. The food and service was great and Amanda went above and beyond. The hostess was very friendly as well but, I didn’t catch her name

Been here twice, food is honestly average and expensive for what it is. But that's to be expected on the beach. Love the staff, super friendly. Drinks are really good.

Great spot downstairs for a slice, pretzel, coke, or move to the bar in back n get ur cocktail on. If u want a good seafood lunch or dinner family style move on upstairs. The ocean view is awesome and always fun people watching the folks on thex boardwalk. If u want a bar with a better view, there is a smaller one upstairs but again is open air with ocean views...

Delicious food and large portions

Food was fresh and very yummy drinks were plentiful and strong. Staff is super nice! The restaurant is also clean and they sanitize between guests. Honey mustard is perfect and so was the blue Hawaiian margarita. Thank you!

Pleasant service. Quick with drinks and apps. The clams on the half shell were super fresh. The oysters were really good too. Good place for seafood. We sat upstairs and it was perfect.

Amazing. The food was delicious, the staff was super helpful and nice, the tables on the upper deck had a fantastic view! Definitely recommend the pene.

I've been coming here basically my whole life now at least once a year. I've always enjoyed the food and love when we can get a table with a great view on the 2nd floor. Great place to grab lunch or dinner on a beautiful day down the shore!

My friend and I decided to take a weekend trip to point pleasant to celebrate our 21st birthdays. We went to the boardwalk and we wanted to grab some lunch. We decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat and have a couple drinks. They immediately sat us down at the bar, we ordered some food and drinks, and really enjoyed our time there. The drinks were amazing, the food was also just as amazing, and the bartender was super cool. I ordered the fried seafood combo and was very happy with it. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the area

1st time having a lobster roll. Loved the food.

The wife and I had an awesome time for our date day here. The staff, food and view of the ocean were great.
