There were many issues when we started going, and now feeling so much better and we owe it all to Dr Patel. You won't be disappointed choosing Dr Aarti Patel. Her office staff is professional, polite, helpful and goes beyond to assist you and they don't over book so you are not waiting an hour after arriving for your appointment.

Great doctors

Plan on sitting in the waiting room for a long time. This is my third visit and have waited no less than 45 mins after my appointment, after being early.

Please listen to the reviews or find out for yourself like I did. I called to schedule an appointment because my discharge papers said to follow up with Dr. VanHise and the rep(S****a) just kept questioning me about it and asking me was I sure when I have the paper sitting right in front of me. Then she proceeded to ask for my information so she can double check. Like are you serious. They are adding more stress to your heart before you even get to the office

Picture this, it's 9:30 a.m. and you're making egg salad in the morning. You're looking for a new cardiologist so you call this one to see if they take your insurance, no problem right.
So you get connected and you ask your question and they put you on hold, and you stay on hold. The hold music is blaring out of your speaker phone while you're making egg salad. It's been 10 minutes and nobody's coming back. Then you realize it's been 15 minutes, your egg salad is cooked completed ready to go in a tupperware in the fridge and you're still on the line ready to see if your insurance is taken.
Eventually some woman who sounds like she just woke up on the bottom floor of a cruise ship that has really bad Rocky Seas comes on to the line and asks why you called like she is confused as somebody would call the office. You ask your question and she seems even more confused at why you would ask if they take insurance. She tells you no in a rude Stern voice and you are left disappointed but at least you have egg salad.
