Dr. Jani is the best pain dr and overall dr that I’ve ever seen. He is so compassionate and personable. He puts you at ease and doesn’t rush you. He believes how much pain you’re in and tries his best to get to the bottom of it. He doesn’t just want to cover it up with too much medication. I’m so lucky to have found him. Dr Jani treated me for several years. I have had many doctors in my life due to my various health issues, and Dr Jani stands out as one of the finest. He truly listens to his patients. As busy as the office gets, he never makes you feel rushed. He is knowledgeable, caring and committed to helping his patients. I have moved out of the area, and will miss him!

Best pain doctor I have ever seen, and I’ve seen a few. Dr. Jani earnestly listens and believes you when you talk about your pain, and he tries to get to the bottom of it. He really works with you on finding the best treatment that will work for you. I trust him and feel heard and well taken care of.

Dr. Jani is a incredible doctor. He has a upbeat bedside manner, as well as being very empathetic in regards to the pain. He has worked with me for years to manage my pain without over prescribing and keeping me on a medication that doesn’t make me tired and loopy. I give him 10 stars out of 5!!!

Dr. Jani and the rest of the team at Garden State Medical Center and Pain Management are beyond the best I’ve ever dealt with. They truly care about their patients and don’t look at them as just another “customer”! I had a procedure done with them and was surprised when I received a phone call on the weekend just to see how I was doing. I don’t know of any other medical facility or doctor that would take the time to do that. They are always willing to listen and I’ve never felt pressured! Dr. Jani is a very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I see him in the Brick office of Garden State pain management where the office staff are courteous and kind. Waiting time is usually less than 15 minutes. Dr. Jani has helped manage my chronic pain very well.

Dr Jani is understanding and takes the time to figure out how to fix what is wrong with you. He does procedures that work. He solves your issues. He also gives you the right medication to make your life better. I would refer anyone to him.

Dr Jani is the most amazing doctor. He is kind caring and understanding of your pain as well as sincerely listens and is very knowledgeable of what is causing the pain and where it stems from (pain raidiates.)
He has helped me immensely and is improving my quality of life and is giving me hope of a better future living with Chronic Pain and an Autoimmune illness affecting my spine.
I also see Dr Hussain who is the Rheumatologist in the practice and together they are my “Dream Team”.

I see him in Whiting and Manahawkin. Both places have a wonderful pleasant staff and wait times are manageable.

Definitely go to him. You will not be disappointed. You will be cared for properly and understood.
