I love the fried chicken here but I just got some recently and I’m afraid it may have changed. Except for the last time I bought it (this week) it used to be super crispy and airy and the chicken was so juicy and delicious. However this last time the fried chicken was totally different, the batter was different & not half as juicy and the crispy outside was not one third as crispy as the previous recipe. Please tell me, you’ll get the old fried chicken recipe back soon??!

Michelle in the bakery is the absolute best. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She is always so happy and has a smile on her face. She is an absolute delight and her cakes are awesome! She always goes above and beyond. Thank you for all the amazing cakes and cupcakes through the years.

Good enough to pick up what you need when you needed. Deli dept is so much better and faster than other supermarkets in the area. I usually make a good time in and out and not much time is wasted at all.

Much smaller than others but more helpful and friendlier than others. A much faster option than the bigger stores. Fruit and veggies are fresh. They run out of things like pet food and could be quicker in restocking.

The store is always clean, neat and well stocked. They can use more cashiers, but everywhere seems to be short staffed these days. Their produce and meat dept. have fresh offerings all the time. There's plenty of parking and the staff that is there are friendly and helpful.

Better stocked and cleaner than some other local stores. A few unique items. A little pricey overall but with some good bargains. Friendly service at checkout. The digital coupons usually require purchase of multiple items and we don't usually need two boxes of the same cereal (for example) but every once in a while there's a worthwhile savings opportunity.

Love this place the manager I got her name she has blonde hair an glasses she is just amazing she is a sweet heart an works very hard an the food is great

Store was well stocked. It was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly. It has a large parking lot and is located on a major roadway. There is a good amount of Handicapped Parking available.

Excellent place to shop & save money on "Great" sales!

Love going to S&S more than Shop Rite, as they aren't as busy. The prices are fine since I find things priced differently between both stores.
The only glitch is what's available at one S&S isn't always in stock at another. Supply chain or ordering problem by the managers.

Lovely employees who are always happy to help and friendly. Good selection of fresh produce and meats.

Pick up up some beautiful chicken breasts, capers, lemon and onions here for dinner with my mom. Excellent Chicken Picatta !

Good store great wprkers for the most part. Cery nice and they are not irritated when you need help. Seems these days people are lazy, and ysually act like your bothering them if you need assistance. This place they are nice

I love this store, I might be a little biased since I'm a local, but honestly I've never had an issue with this store. Friendly staff, great food selection and usually never a long wait in line, and if they notice long lines they do their best to accommodate to get everyone checked out in a timely fashion. And if you ever have an issue, their manager staff will absolutely do their all to help fix the issue. 😊

Great store, clean well stocked. Our go to place in Whiting. Was there today, Marty needs a mask

Great store to shop in especially when it’s nearby and you need to get something quickly. The store is always in good condition when you go in and the Employees are very helpful.

Second time we ordered strawberry shortcake from the Whiting Store…We had half sheet cake and all agreed that was the best cake we ever had..Whipped cream icing fresh strawberry on top o my gosh the best and let me add the girls that take the order are great …They have a great backers dept…If you don’t try that cake you are missing a big treat….THE BEST CAKE EVER.

Went here to see if produce and vegan selections were better then our local Amce and they were. Prices were lower, store had much more produce and vegetables that looked fresher and cost much less. For sections I did look at the store was clean and the employees friendly and helpful. Woman running register used a card number so we could get discounts since we had never been there and had no store card. I have ordered us a store card since this market is only 15 minutes from our house. Glad I went to check it out.

Okay this has to count for something..... I drive all the way to THIS location (25min) from Manahawkin rt72 because I love this store so much better than the Shoprite right across the highway from me! This store is beautifully maintained. It's never over crowded and everything I need is always in stock. They have great deals and the cashiers actually say Hi to you and thank you for coming!! That is a big deal to me!

I went to Stop & Shop early this morning before it got hot. It's nice today. The store was great. Lots of good deals, nice an clean as usual. I really like that store on RT 530 in Whiting NJ. The lady working in the self checkout section was a bit real dear. She was so helpful to me I would have had a hard time without her. She was a real looker to. I better be quiet she may be married? I'm an old man anyway :-) Thanks Stop & Shop! Great store, my favorite in all of Manchester .
