I am so happy I picked Scott Wilson to get my hearing aids. He and staff make you feel so comfortable and explain everything . I am very happy with my resent purchase. If you are interested in hearing aid this is the place to visit..I went to the Whiting office.

Hearing aids are excellent and service is also excellent. I don't have a negative to write. I purchased my 3rd pair of hearing aids at Scott Wilson Hearing Aids and have never been happier. 2 years after purchase, they're still servicing them which includes cleaning and updating as needed.

Excellent professional service. Little wait time (less than 5 min) for a scheduled appt. Scott explained everything to me in lay mans terms. No confusion.
He did a hearing test and offered hearing aids in a few different price ranges. NO hard selling tactics. Just explanations on all types and which would work the best for me. I was not sure about how good hearing aids are.
Needless to say. When they arrived I was promptly scheduled for the fittings and he made adjustments to fit my hearing loss. I really didn't know what to expect. I can hardly tell that I am wearing the hearing aids. They don't just amplify all sounds. only the areas where my hearing was deficient. They also don't feel like I am wearing earbuds or putting my ear against a speaker to hear better. Somehow they work like magic. I don't get the feeling that every sound out there is amplified. It is not. I now hear things that I haven't heard in years.
On my way home the turn signals on my truck actually make a ticking sound. Haven't heard that in years. I got home and never knew that my front door squeaked like crazy. Watching tv is so much nicer. The A/C is on but the hearing aids DO NOT amplify that sound. ONLY where I need it. I can hear the tv over the A/C without blasting the volume.
It is hard to describe but there is a bonding between the hearing aid and your eardrum that makes it feel like you aren't even using an aid. WOW!!! I am truly amazed. Thank You Scott!!

Courteous always ready to help with any hearing aid problem.
Especially help-full with veterans . I have going to Scott for 8 years and never a problem. If you want a hearing aid company you can count on go see Scott.
