Great friendly service! Food was very good. The portions (oh my) You will not leave hungry, I promise. My whole table had to take home food because we couldn't finish. Also, very reasonably priced. Recommended!

First experience here and it was amazing. Loved our waiter "hot honey Roger". The food was amazing. Promise you not leave here hungry. Next trip to NJ I would definitely come back here!!

After moving to Ocean county, my husband and I were looking for “our new spot”. Sometimes you don’t want to think where to go for dinner so when we stumbled upon Shore Points, we knew we found it! The food is incredibly delicious and consistent. The service is great and down to earth. If you are a French onion soup fan, prepaid to be blown out of the water and the mozzarella sticks are as big as Lincoln logs. We now have our own little booth and get asked “you guys want the usual?”. If you are here for a weekend at the shore or live near the area you will definitely be missing out if you don’t try this place.

Hands down some of the best food around!! Have been coming here for years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal or experience here. The quality, creativeness, and taste are all 10’s plus they’re family owned and run so who doesn’t love that?! ❤

Stopped in on a Sunday around noon and was surprised to see how busy it was. I have heard what’s great place this was, but on a Sunday early afternoon, I was impressed by the crowd. Seems many people were regulars too, Lots of families with children, as were we. We were greeted right away by the staff and seated within 5 minutes. After the server asked us and delivered our beverages, we ordered the sliced brisket sandwich (2), and our son ordered the pulled pork sandwich. As I noticed the Habanero Honey wings, I couldn’t resist so I ordered them as well. I’m an amateur pit master and can tell you, this food was made with love. Absolutely amazing and fresh. They were out of ribs, but the brisket sandwiches were the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and would come close or even better that I could have made. The wings were juicy and cooked to perfection as well. The Habanero Honey sauce was excellent. Could have used a bit more heat, but great flavor and finger licking good! We left STUFFED! I mean thanksgiving dinner stuffed. Like take a nap stuffed! Not sure if we went on an exceptionally good day but judging by the reviews, this place is legit. On a side not, I’m in the restaurant equipment and design industry for over 30 years, I always want to take a peak behind the scene and check out the cleanliness. I was very impressed by the open kitchen and perp areas. Even the dish area was organized and clean, even though there were obviously slammed that day. To me, that’s the sign of a we run restaurant with chefs, line cooks and management that cares. Well done Shore Points BBQ team. We’ll be back!

What a great place. It’s not often you find such a gem. Food was awesome, seri e was awesome, and conversation with the owners father was awesome. I would give it 10 stars if possible. It was just an awesome experience. I highly recommend heading down to point pleasant even if your not in the area, make tour way over there.

Pretty good little place. Staff was very friendly, and attentive. Food was very fresh, and flavorful. It all came out a little on the warm as opposed to hot side. I had the chicken and waffles sandwich, I felt it was very good, however could have used a little more of the maple mayo. I enjoyed the old school glass coke bottles.

WOW, WOW It's a very cozy atmosphere run by top pros, with top quality food coming out of the small mom and pop eatery. Only 9 tables+window seating and bench seating against the wall. Superb clean variety items on the menu. Seafood, beef, chicken, Spanish American. This is the diner menu. Especially drinks, such as triple citrus iced tea, blueberry iced tea with real blueberries inside. Not too sweet nor too sour. French onion soup must but really must have to have. Calamari was as good fresh crispy. We have ordered 3 different sandwiches, pulled brisket, steak, pulled chicken bbq. Flavors is bursting out of the bite. Isaw then on Instagram and I had to go try the French onion soup yet other items were also showed this restaurant was out of ordinary which was true after trying them out. I give 5 stars they deserve it. You all definetly try them. This will be on your regular visited place on your book as well as it is mine now. I will go back Roger who waited our table was friendly helpfull and he has confident on their product. I highly recommend them. Tell them I send you..

I'm not one to rave about food, especially breakfast, but this has to be the most delicious breakfast I have had at a restaurant. It was the hash tower and consisted of hash browns, scrambled eggs, avocado, American cheese, hollandaise sauce, ketchup and bacon crumble. It was loaded with flavor! No wonder it's listed as a crowd favorite. The other item was Chicken and Waffles Benny.

Awesome BBQ joint. Amazing food. Unique breakfast menu. Can get very busy in the summer months. Service tends to be slow, but do not let this deter you. Fresh high quality food. This place has your usual BBQ stuff and there own twist on many items. Been here several times. Plan to come here several more times. This is without a doubt, my favorite BBQ place at the Jersey Shore!

They were closed for awhile but glad their back- the renovations are great and the food is still phenomenal!!

Fantastic breakfast. Our new favorite. I had the Irish omelette, and my daughter had the fried chicken and waffles Benedict. Her poached eggs were the fluffiest I’ve ever seen. We both loved our food. The portions were huge. Our server, Roger, was very friendly and attentive, keeping the coffee and fresh-brewed iced tea flowing. We’ll be back soon.

WOW I’m impressed! I had the cornbread waffle, and it came with honey butter. It was so unique and delicious!I had the Mac Daddy burger without the mayo or bacon. I had them add bbq sauce to it. It was one of the BEST BURGERS I EVER HAD! It was topped with fried Mac and cheese, caramelized onions, and the bbq sauce I added gave it so much flavor! It was a big and juicy burger too! It came with house made fries that were very good! The burgers come with fries, but some of the sandwiches come with potato chips. I’m not a fan of potato chips in general, and I’m wondering if I can substitute them for these delicious fries instead? I’ll as next time. I asked what desserts they had as they didn’t have a dessert menu online. I chose the banana, chocolate chip, and coconut bread which was good. If it had more chocolate chips and that were ooey gooey then it would of been amazing. They should add an ice cream sandwich waffle to their dessert menu since they make a perfect waffle. Right now during the epidemic they are only open 4 days a week as of now. I highly recommend Shore Points in Point Pleasant!

The breakfast was amazing! We waited a little longer but it was totally worth it. We got biscuits and gravy with a side of corned beef hash. It was so delicious! We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing!!! Shore Points is tops! Hands down one of the best restaurants in Point Pleasant! The food is ALWAYS out of this world (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, specials..all beyond delicious) and the people are so kind! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

What an awesome find. Delicious southern food and bbq. My wife had the 5pc fried chicken with mac n cheese and corn sides, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Nashville chicken sandwich, had a nice mild spiciness to it paired with pickles and cole slaw to give it a sweet twist. And we finished off our meal with apple cake and vanilla bean ice cream which was just amazing. This will be our go to place anytime we’re in Point Pleasant.

Our group loves food & eats out a lot, so we can honestly say that we know terrific food when we taste it (by the same token, we have also had our share of the opposite of good, & then we warn others & never return again to the scene of the crime!) Keeping this in mind, we had become steadily disenchanted with our favorite BBQ place in town that had been "THE joint for ribs" for many years (both the quality & quantity of all their fare had been way off the mark for some time now), & so late last week we decided to give Shore Points a try & in seeking our new pork paradise. Well, the moment we tasted the fresh-made chicken finger appetizers, we knew we had found a new home! Roger (both the very pleasant host to us, & father to Ryan, the owner & chef) suggested a number of favorites to help our selection, but the group unanimously went all in on baby back ribs, mac & cheese & cole slaw. The result: the BEST ribs we have eaten in a very long time - meaty, fall-off-the-bone tender & sauced perfectly with their house-made choices. You don't even need to get your hands all sticky if you prefer to use the fork, even though they provide plenty of napkins along with the customary wet wipes. The sides were great, especially the cole slaw. Plus, they were served in very generously-sized crocks - not at all like the thinble-like cups we had gotten used to at the old place.
Everyone agreed - we can't wait to go back & take Roger up on his offer (challenge???) for us to "eat our way thru the entire menu". Now that we found our new "BBQ NIRVANA", we plan on doing just that ASAP!
