Had a very good experience with Alexander Heating & A/C. They got us on the schedule for a/c maintenance within a week of call. In the day of service Ron came out to the house. Checked all the components, and made sure the unit was in fine working order. Ron answered all questions we had and that we were fully satisfied with the service performed.

Had plumbing inspection done. Technician, Spencer, did a thorough job. He offered thoughtful advice and suggestions of how he would remediate the issues that need to be addressed. I was impressed by his honesty. Good guy!

The folks at Alexander Plumbing were great. They picked up the phone when I called, in response to a leak under our kitchen sink. Their office manager was polite and responsive. Their field tech showed up on time, and was friendly (even to our dogs!) and took care of the leak within about a half hour. Their gave us plain, fair pricing, and picked up the phone promptly when we called back with related follow up questions. Overall, a really positive experience. We recommend Alexander Plumbing.

I was very impressed with Alexander Plumbing. My water heater stopped heating. I reached a live answering service. They were courteous and efficient, I got a timely response from Ken, the owner. Then another response from the plumber covering for the evening. Ken came out around 10 PM and diagnosed the problem accurately. They installed a new water heater on time and at the estimated price. They cleaned up afterwards. Rapid response, courteous, clean workmanship, and integrity. Can’t ask for much more. Ken and his team have my highest recommendation.

We have had issues every year with one unit on our largest floor. Alexander came with the most competitive price. They told us two days and by the second afternoon the coil and 4 ton unit was replaced. Once complete you would never know they were here.
