Vancouver Clinic | Tualatin

I have not submitted nor was asked to review my medical team as indicated on the cover letter. However , it was a very good clinic and also had great doctors and staff. After going to this clinic for 18 years it is sad and upsetting that it is closing and to receive care in the same medical group Vancover Clinic, it is necessary to drive a distance in high traffic areas. After the clinic was sold, it was very hard to arrange appointments or seek advice directly through the clinic, only by e-mail and/or through main number.

I have lived in Oregon for 22 years and until I found Cascade Physicians and their incredibly capable, efficient and professional staff, I had not realized I had never yet experienced a great primary care group. Meg Anderson specifically is a truly gifted, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned physician assistant like no other I have had the pleasure to know. I am always impressed by her expansive knowledge, her photographic memory and her caring concern for the well being of her patients. Both my husband and I see her and we couldn't be more pleased with her and her office staff. Her nurse, Theresa, also deserves praise for her excellent skills and patience when carefully asking questions about our visit - going over all concerns we may have and communicating to Ms. Anderson everything accurately. Every time I have called with any health concerns I may have, Theresa will call me back immediately to see how she can help. Last thing, I had my annual visit today and the office was set up very efficiently following Covid guidelines to ensure my safety and their own. I highly recommend this practice.

My PCP is Meg Anderson and I have been seeing her for a year and my hubby has been seeing her for 6 months. She is diligent, asks you about your concerns and addresses each never making me feel rushed over. She is kind and interested in your health and successes. She is positive and encouraging. I always leave feeling empowered. The staff is great as well, friendly, helpful and kind. The lab tech is amazing. The best PCP and clinic I have ever been to.

I scheduled with Meg Anderson NP based on a coworkers feedback and I'm so glad I did. After coming from a PCP that didn't listen, care or anything that a physician should do, it's wonderful to have found someone who actually cares. I had been having issues on and off for a while and my PCP didn't care enough to check to see what may actually be going on. On my first visit with Meg, a solution was found and I feel better than I have in a long time. I don't want her to get too busy to get an appointment with, but nevertheless, I highly recommend her.

Everyone in the clinic is very nice and knowledgeable. It's very helpful to experience a pleasant atmosphere when seeing a provider.

Dr Jennifer Keasley is great i will miss her.

I was referred to Dr Kearsley by another physician when I was diagnosed with a rare disease a year ago. Dr Kearsley has been totally amazing. I feel so blessed to have her help.

Finding a doctor to establish yourself with, can be difficult. Especially with comfort. Dr. Kearsley and Lisa have made it such a flawless situation. They are fantastic!

Will miss them

Office staff seems to be hesitant or confused when asked questions. Not very polite. Hard to make appointment to avoid missing work.

My doctor & nurse are absolutely fantastic. Been going to this Clinic for 15+ years. Just found out today Clinic will be closing. There is no way this should be allowed to happen. Communication from Vancouver clinic is terrible since they purchased Cascade Physicians.Would not recommend this Clinic to anyone.

This is the most awful service I have ever seen I can't get a hold of my DR. the phone tree is crazy the name on here is my wifes and she doesn't even go to vancouver clinic nobody returns calls I am very disappointed. I don't know how they can stay in business. I am surprised they haven't been put out of business. They should be!

I used to have pretty good experiences here before Dr Anderson left. Staff was usually very nice and easy to work with. Recently they are very unorganized and unprofessional. Something that bothered me the most was when I was asked by the receptionist on the phone if my current pills had made me gain weight or not. That would have been okay if she didn’t add in she was thinking about taking it but wasn’t sure because she didn’t want to gain weight herself. Who says that to a patient?! She sounded young so I’m guessing it’s new staffing. And even if I did gain weight that’s fine because they help me out with my specific issues, thank you very much! Please do better.

I hate the fact that they bought the practice from Cascade and then are shutting it down. It really affects our lives and I do not recommend them to anyone who would do this.

The staff were rushed, short tempered and very scattered. Not only did the doctor enter 20 minutes late but she didn't listen to one word that was said. She had zero clue why I was there nor did she ask. She acted like she was annoyed by us and was happy when her assistant came to rush her off to the next person (I paid for her to spend time with 3 people) . Did I get anything out of that appointment? Yes, more proof that our Healthcare system is broken and that doctor's no longer actually care about humanity. Not only was zero resolved but as a disabled person this appointment has caused additional problems due to her lack of attention. Why go to the doctor to be further traumatized? Why seek help if you're going to be treated like garbage? These problems are not new, they just have been highlighted due to the pandemic. ADA rights don't exist anymore. Be careful to advocate for yourself and voice what you see. You could save someone from the fate you lived. 🥰 Good luck out there.

I did like my doctor at this practice. But the rest of the team, behind the counter and the feel in the office is not comforting. I think unwelcome is the best way I can describe the feeling I get when I’m there. Which is hard to understand, why would people not feel inspired to create a more emotionally healthy environment, I don’t know😔
