Always on time, always accurate, and always caring. The pharmacists have cared for our family for over 20 years. That includes getting me through a four year process of dialysis and an additional four year (and counting) process of receiving and maintaining a kidney transplant. I would not be alive without their help. They are an asset to Alberstons and our community.

The best pharmacy I've ever had, I'm going to leave out some newbies I just know it and I apologize beforehand but these 4 are the ones I've dealt with most and it's "always" a pleasure, #1 Lisa,11 yrs, #2 Cassie,11yrs, & #3 Marium 6yrs #4 Blanca. They ALL go above & beyond for thier customers.,& more.This is the BEST Pharmacy, not to mention they work their "butts" off for us every shift.. LOVE EM ALL

Albertsons pharmacy staff are great to work with. Just read a comment from a person who's son works there and how she has had poor service . I feel bad for the pharmacy personnel that have to deal with her. Her name is not Karen which surprises me.

My experiences here have always been good overall. The pharmacist who has been most helpful is Miriam. She has gone out of her way to help me several times to get my prescriptions taken care of.

Fast and easy while getting groceries.

Let's just say ,they don't like large amounts of refills in one order. And are abit prissy about it when ya know, ya know. Let's see how it goes next month.

If they had a 2 and a half rating I would have used that because I have had good and bad experiences here. Some of the people in the pharmacy are nice and some are not. It all depends on what you are picking up and what you look like. They are very helpful when it comes to knowledge but I have also had an issue with them saying my prescription was never sent to them when my doctor's office swore it was faxed. If you have to go here, it's not a bad choice but just be cautious because they do not treat everyone equal.

There were none of the people you normally see working. The pharmacist Jeff was very rude they had 4 people behind the counter and nobody was helping customers pick up prescriptions that were already ready to go. There was no one dropping off either customer service was not a priority!

My son works at Albertson's so it made sense to get his prescriptions here. It has been nothing but headaches and a whole list of reasons they can't seem to "get it right". My son requires life preserving medications to control his epilepsy. We are told that the medications will be ready in so many days when we reorder by phone. When we go to pick them up, they aren't and we're told not to trust their phone messages, and to wait for the text indicating it's ready for pickup. So why does their message include a pickup day? So we wait for a text. Because his meds are controlled they can only be refilled the day he runs out. But they often "haven't heard back from the doctor". But we don't know this until the day we go in for them. Today, after calling the prescription in last week, when we went in to pick up the meds, we were told the doctor refused the refill. Odd, since he's been on these for years. We contacted the doctor who checked their records and said they had approved the refill a week ago! When we were notified the meds had been filled we brought this error to their attention. They screenshot their records that showed the doctor had refused the refill, THEIR error! I might have believed it was the doctor's error had they not screwed it up so many times before. Not to mention that for 5 years they have been filling his 7 monthly prescriptions, they work with him 4 days a week, he picked up his other meds during the week, ....You would think they would have the courtesy to tell him sooner that they thought his med refills had been refused. They are never polite when we show frustration at their ineptness. We NEVER had any issues with refills when we used Bi-Mart's pharmacy. These people just can't get it right! If you want your prescriptions filled by a good pharmacy don't bother with this Savon.

Rude service today. Could you give the pharmacy more hours to do these covid shots so i can get better service. Total grouches from being over worked. We are contemplating taking our perscriptions elsewhere. Not liking how rude everyone has become!
