Just purchased a mattress yesterday and got it delivered today! Haven’t slept on the bed yet so can’t leave a review for that just yet. However the customer service has been amazing! Katelyn at the store was wonderful and my two delivery guys were great as well. Everyone has been friendly and professional. Love a good family business!

Francisco was great! Helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. Also, they have the best prices around! You won't find deals like this at the big stores. Not to mention it's a family owned company that is very well ran. They deserve the business.

I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and king set i received yesterday upon moving into our new home. We bought a new king mattress set and the price was UNBEATABLE, the delivery happened SAME day, the gentleman showed up in their protective gear (masks)and were very courteous and safe as far as all the Covid 19 pandemic and social distancing. It was a pleasure dealing with them in uncertain times. I highly recommended dealing with these guys if you need ANY bedroom furniture! I will refer all my friends your way!

Bought a $1,800 Serta I comfort memory foam King size Mattress here for $700! They have insane deals. Very nice and helpful ladies working. So far I’m loving my new bed!

I was blown away at how quickly and easily I was able to order a mattress over the phone amid the current state of business. Everybody I spoke or dealt with was delightful and I received my items on the same day I inquired about them. The financing option was also a breeze to use. The mattress prices are what initially drew me to this company and I recommend them to anyone in the hunt for a new mattress.

This is literally the BEST kept secret in Portland. Brand new beds for a sliver of the price. I purchased a $2500 Tempurpedic mattress for $350 and $50 for delivery and disposal of our old bed. Are you kidding? You can't beat it. The warehouse is hidden in plain sight, but the folks running it are charming and informative. You get sheets and accessories for free, if you want them, and delivery is fast and ON-TIME. God only knows how much a nightmare delivery can be. This place understand customer service and showing up when and where they are supposed to. I will never buy a bed anywhere else, ever. By the way, financing for the win! You agree to a 1-yr payment plan, but if you pay it off in 90 days, no interest or additional fees. Like paying cash. I like the financing website. Very easy to understand and use, plus, you can pay extra without penalty. Don't buy a bed anywhere else. Just go here. No regrets.

Went in just to look at mattresses and left less than an hour later with a brand new mattress set. Customer service from Francisco was stellar, he was very knowledged in all the products that they sell. Also he was able to have it delivered within two hours of us purchasing it!! These guys are fantastic. Jeremy the owner is an honest guy who genuinely wants to satisfy his customers. I bought a bed during the pandemic without being able to test it.(I know, you does that right). I was desperate, my back was killing me. Anyhow the bed I purchased was too firm and I let him know that week. We keep in-touch, I was able to go in the warehouse when clackamas county Opened. There was not many king mattresses but I found one that I liked. He was fair with me on the price! Got my old one picked up and new one delivered. Great job!

Best Mattress shop in town! We've purchased several mattresses from RKC and they are the best. You can go in and lay on several mattresses to see which one fits you best. Their customer service is AMAZING and they deliver and will take away your old mattress for a small fee. You also get free pillows and sheets! What a bargain!!

We got a queen sized serta perfect sleeper for $450 with a free box spring, free set of sheets and pillows. They even hauled our old mattress for $10 and we had them deliver our new mattress for $25. My sleep has never been better. Our experience at RKC Sleep Shop was great they didn’t hustle us and we didn’t feel pressured. Hands down best deal in town. Go get your mattress!!!

I've done business with Jeremy for years. This is the 4th time I've bought a mattress from him and, as always, I was treated well & had my questions answered. I did some research as to the best mattress for my chronic pain, RKC had the won recommended and made my purchase very easy. It's a great family run business and, if you're looking for a good mattress at a great price, this is the place to go. I'll be sleeping comfortably tonight!

Cute lil shop. The 2 people were helpful cheery and knew what I was looking for. Great prices on beds. I'm so happy I bought my mattress from them and not the big chain store like I had planned. Saved me a ton of money. I will be back

The family is awesome to work with! We had our mattress for almost a month and weren't quite comfortable, as soon as I got a hold of them to let them know, we had a new mattress delivered that same afternoon. Sweet family, will continue to do business with these guys!

This place is awesome! We've bought two mattresses here now and are stunned by the UNREAL pricing and the great service! The last mattress we bought is a Serta iComfort that retails for nearly $3,500 and we paid $800! They throw in free sheets and pillows and will deliver in the Portland Metro area for $25! Seriously, incredible.

HIDDEN GEM ON THE EASTSIDE
I have to say I’d never had a better experience shopping for a mattress. My wife and I have been wanting to get a bigger mattress for a while now to fit our growing family. As anyone with small children will know, they love to come cuddle when they wake up at night. Our queen size bed just wasn’t cutting it so our friend referred us to RKC. When we walked in we were greeted by Peggy, who recommended we walk around and try out some beds as she was helping another customer. We were shocked at the size of the spacious showroom. There were beds of all sizes and styles from different price ranges. My wife found a king size Serta that was a great deal but I had my eye on a Beauty Rest Black Hybrid. A luxury mattress that for sure was out of our price range. That’s when Peggy came over and told us about the awesome features built into the Beauty Rest Black. We learned about the Advanced Pocketed Coils surrounded by memory foam. Plus the whole mattress was topped with cooling gel technology that keeps you cool throughout the night. My wife loved the idea that I wouldn’t need a fan to stay cool and we always wanted a memory foam but couldn’t afford it. When Peggy showed us the price we were blown away at how affordable it was. We knew we couldn’t pass on such a bargain and we decided to buy it. To top it off they threw in a free sheet set and pillows which we used when they delivered the bed that same night. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at RKC Sleep Shop. We found a great bed at a bargain price that our whole family enjoys. We will be back again without a doubt.

What a great ran local business! Jeremy helped me pick out a queen set over the phone. Never trying to up sell or get me something I didn't need. With a bad back as we all say, he was honest and helpful. A company that cares what customer service means! First bed was too hard for me and RKC SLEEP SHOP brought me a different mattress that we picked out. Truly happy with Jeremy and his family business. A must recommend! 😃😃

They are a simple low cost mattress shop. Keeping the price down by not having a huge fancy space. They were straight forward with me and the price is reasonable. I will go back here if I need another mattress soon.
