VERY impressive - best experience in decades. I've not handled real estate in a long while, but had a matter I couldn't delegate. I didn't select Mega Title. It was selected by the other side. I cannot begin to describe all the help and guidance I got at a time everyone probably wanted to leave for the New Year Holiday. Our closing agent, John A. DeSantis Jr. went above and beyond on our closing date. There was some issues at the banks closing department that caused a 4 hour delay. Our original closing appointment time was 3:00 and we didn't actually get the final documents until 7:00pm. John was good enough to change his plans and move the closing time.
John took the time to explain what we were signing and answered all of our questions. It was great working with John.

I recently bought a home and I requested from Mega Title, specifically their agent Samah Ghabour, to handle my title. Samah was an awesome agent! She worked hard and rapidly to get my title done within few short days. During the process on signing the papers, Samah was kind to explain to me every details from the smallest to the biggest one. At the end Samah offered valuable advices and even offered to stay in touch with me in case I'm still confused about certain items in my title process.
