The French Press Coffee Roasters Uptown

My first visit. After walking in and seeing various bags of beans I asked barista what coffees were available for pour over. I was handed a coffee menu with about 10 single origin coffees! on it. This is what specialty coffee is all about. Had a Papa New Guinea pourover which was terrific and a very good apple pie muffin. Will be back to try some coffee from Yemen. This place was very very busy and with good reason. Several light, medium and dark roast choices. Smaller place but ample seating

Only had the coffee and brought some whole bean home.
As a former coffee roaster, this place has very good coffee.
Biggest drawback is finding parking even during the week in the middle of the day. It will be a nightmare during busy times.
Worth the hassle if you really appreciate good coffee.

The best and freshest most wonderfully toasted kosher coffee in town. I’m a medium roast kinda guy, so the Honduras or Guatemala cups are my very favorite:)

The coffee was excellent. I like strong dark coffee and got their cold brew. It was smooth and full of flavor. The gentleman that served me was kind and knowledgeable about coffee, I assume he is the manager or owner. I was referred here by a client awhile ago and I'm glad I've finally stopped in. Place was clean and comfortable.

The French Press coffee roasters knows coffee and its customers like a farmer knows his sheep by face. Each drink is individually mixed and prepared by super friendly and respectful customer service baristas. The place is meticulously clean and the shops atmosphere is great for a quite getaway to air out from the hustle of Lakewood’s daily grind. They recently added a showcase that is fully stocked with cake miniatures,organic chocolates and exquisite sweets,healthy salads ,exotic yogurts as well as their famous croissants 🥐 which are delicious. 😋

Nice Cozy place,seems like some people are hooked on as quite a few look like regulars.
Coffee is quality,pastries are delish just like the South location,more of family like feel to the location,highly recommend if you are uptown very chilled.Plenty of Parking as well.It would be great of they would be able to somehow expand their seating..

I’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s the best coffee shop, I’m always greeted by Jose one of the baristas. very kind man, the coffee is always delicious. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful, clean place .

The coffee here is unbelievable. Every drink, from the most basic to the most exquisite, is honestly the best I've had anywhere. Additionally, the different craft items, like "scotch-barrel-aged cold brew coffee," are all amazing. The ambiance is great and there is more than enough seating, both inside and out.

Delicious coffee and pastries. I order a crushed ice latte and a spectacular pecan pear muffin... scrumptious!! Amazing ambience - perfect place to sit and catch up with friends.

Nice store and friendly atmosphere. The best freshly roasted coffee money can buy. I have tried fresh beans from many places across the country, haven't found any as good as French Press.

If you're into coffee they make a great in house coffee (their own roasted blends). If you're into a medium roast I would recommend the Guatamalan, but I switch it up from time to time. Their chocolate croissant are also really good.

Great ambience. Theybrew a fresh cup with your roast of choice. I sat there a few hours on my laptop. Lots of tables to sit at and wifi available.

French Press actually brews Coffee one cup at a time, per customer's request! It can't get fresher than that. Many varieties including latte and they also serve tea and baked products and salads
