Rooter Experts and Drain Cleaning

This is the first time I write a business review and I’m very happy to finally do so and with a positive review. I contacted Rooter Experts and Drain Cleaning when my basement got flooded last month. I searched Google for a company that can help us with this massive drain clog in our home and I called the first one that came up in my search which was Rooter. I was very lucky because as soon as I called very early in the morning the owner Everest answered and he was very nice to deal with from the beginning. He came right away and answered all my questions from A to Z. As soon as I told him I have a baby and a small child he took even more concern and interest in helping us quickly. He offered his undivided attention and also recommended us to a great water remediation company. Anytime I had a question even after his work was done he always answered my questions, he kept in touch to see how everything was going, and gave me honest advice and his undivided attention; is very helpful in anything that the customer needs. He ultimately just wants to make the customer happy and be very satisfied with his work and with the relationship they can build with him. I would undoubtedly recommend Everest and his company Rooter Experts and Drain Cleaning anytime 100% as it helped us fix our problem right away and his work went far and beyond. He was truly a blessing to find!

I called for a leaking toilet bowl and within 15 minutes the technician arrived. He was very professional and nice. Explained very well on what needs to be done to do the repair. He completed the job quickly and cleanly and with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and just became my go to plumber. Great job and thank you!

It was an extremely smooth and easy experience working with Everest. He came quickly, did a camera inspection of the sewer line, and found that the main drain was collapsed. He gave a very reasonable quote and communicated all of the details of the job, answering all of my questions. Within four days, he had gotten the necessary permits and was ready to do the work. The digging up of the street, replacement of the sewer drain up to the main line, and cleaning was completed in one day. Overall, it was great working with them!

Everest and his guys are great, came fast, had all the necessary equipment in hands, unclogged the sewage and power pressure washed all the stuff. Pricing was reasonable and I assured to have them lined up for a different issue . Excellent service. Thank you

My underground sprinkle system got damaged while digging a hole in the ground so I asked Rooter Experts if they had a technician available to come and assess the damage. Shortly, I received a response from Everest confirming his availability, despite his busy schedule. He evaluated the damaged and provided me with a reasonable estimate on the fly. The damaged (broken pipes) was then repaired on the same day. Great job Everest for your quick response and able to expedite the job. I would highly recommend Rooter Expert for any drain system and plumbing work as well as other odd jobs like this one. 👍👍

We used the team to install a new two way clean out on the property. A very dirty and labor intensive project and they handled it with care, respect and professionalism! During the day they kept me informed of what was happening, showed me the condition of the pipes and allowed me to ask questions while they share their professional advice with me. I appreciate the honesty and to be presented with multiple options of things to do rather than feeling obligated to only have one choice to help solve situations that were experienced. Given my old home I now feel better to be able to inspect my clean out to avoid larger issues when they arise too late. He took the time to show me what to do, what to look out for and when to call before a crisis occurs. Now that the line has been cleaned, inspected again and I no longer have to worry about having this happen inside my home I feel better!

We had a great experience with this plumbing company. We highly recommend them as we have been getting water for three days and no one could help. My town’s water dept insisted it was our pipes that were clogged. Yet, this company came to the rescue…found the source of the problem to be the town’s sewage system being full and backing into my house. He had them flush the sewage line and long behold the water was gone from my basement. He continued to check our pipes and flush them out to reconfirm everything was good to go. My family and I couldn’t be happier with this company’s work.
