Our heat pump and electrical relay failed on a late Friday. Put in an emergency phone call for service. Mike arrived early the next morning. He diagnosed our problem in five minutes, traveled back to the shop, and picked up the necessary parts.
Mike provided high quality service while being extremely professional and responsive to an emergency.
This is a first rate company, which I highly recommend.

AT Thorn plumbers are the best! We have had them over twice, and both times they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The first time, they even identified the issue as being a Moen part, and got Moen to send it to us under warranty. We used another plumber for a long time and got tired of the way he interacted with us. These gentlemen are lovely, stick to their work, and leave work done perfectly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

We just purchased a new home and needed to get quoted on installing a laundry sink. They showed up as promised and provided an estimate. We put this item on the back burner until we get settled and see what's left in the budget.

The serviceman named Michael was very unprofessional. Yelled at me to pull the plug on the washer machine because I was standing in front of the electric socket . He continued to defend his actions even after I told him a 2nd time that wasn't anyway to speak to a customer.

Thorn plumbing has been the familys go to plumber for over 35 years unfortunately, they were too busy to come over to fix a gas leak at my mother's house. Needless to say I won't be using them again, ever.
