All around best. If you don't see it, they will find it! If they can't find it, they'll order it. From Keys- light bulbs and many more. As a woman asking questions, I was never put down, even in my Broken questions, they got my point. This is the place, I ran to while outdoor decorating for Xmas, l looked a mess, was in a hurry, they gave me answers right away. This is your best neighborhood hardware store. I've lived here over 40 years only place I would turn to.

Great hardware store. Basement flood required pump and parts. They had what was needed in stock, connected us to a plumber on a Saturday for emergency service, and even delivered another part the plumber needed when he was at the house!

Michael Butler left was outstanding! We are in New York-based company that had a construction job in New Jersey. To my dismay, Home Depot is closed on Sundays. What a blessing in disguise!

I came to Butler‘s hardware, and not only do they have everything I need; but they gave me advice on how to get it done even faster.

I was expecting to pay a lot more since it is a private shop, but Mr. Butler made arrangements to put everything I need it in my budget. As it turns out I was just about to overbuy; so in essence I saved a ton of money.

Stopped in to get a few keys made because the locksmith next door was closed. Each key made worked perfectly which doesn't always happen.

Great local family-run business, known to be extremely knowledgeable and have whatever you need, especially some older/rarer items the big discount stores don't carry.

What a great hardware store with very helpful people. I needed some very specific screws and help retreading the screw holes for my stove burner. Chris & Jose went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs and make my life a lot easier.

Place is a straight up old school hardware store. I've been going here for about 10 years or so. When I 1st started going here it was called Jerry's hardware. Jerry still works there but sold the store to a really cool family. Not sure why that guy Jerry still works there. He's a nice guy though. I always enjoyed the conversation with him just always felt like he was trying to sell me things. Cant be mad at him. It is a business. Still don't know why he's there. There's a guy named John hes the dad. Hes hilarious and knowledgeable. Also a straight talker. I appreciate that. I reccomend this place. Also pretty cool seeing some of the original boxes of things on the shelves since the 50's.

Great neighborhood hardware store...just like the kind from back in the day. First went there looking for on&off shower handles. Since my plumbing was older I couldn’t find the handles anywhere...tried Home Depot, Lowe’s and another store HD referred me to. My handyman took me to Butler’s. They looked thru 2 catalogues, found what I needed, ordered them for me and called me when they rcvd them...now that’s old school customer svce.
Owners are friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you find parts and/or solutions to your fix-it problems. Also, open on Sunday.

I needed a solution to fix a loose ceiling light fixture and the team at Gerry's immediately came up with solution and I was able to fix the light myself. I brought in a iPhone photo of the broken fixture and I was able to fix a beautiful $200 light fixture for $5.00 worth of clamps. Many Thanks.

The Man at the front desk, was super helpful, even when I wanted something that was 50 cents at the end of the day, I walked in there not knowing the size of the item I needed, but there was no need for me to be walking for ages finding it, and the size, he was super helpful and it only took me 3 mins to get what I want because of him, definitely recommend if you want a hardware store that not only has everything, but also great customer service 👍🏾

This Hardware store during this virus illness has a complete merchandise necessary for today’s staying healthy and safety they carry all Masks gloves disinfectants and everything needed for a home at a price that is incredible reasonable affordable prices Most knowledgeable polite professional staff God Bless them
