Nurse Lauren is amazing!!!

She consults prior to taking action, helps determine where and how much is needed based on desired outcomes, and always advises of the cost up front. Never any surprises!!

The injections are painless, and I have never had any reaction from the Botox administered. Highly recommended. I have been a patient for about a year and a half.

I got the laser lipo done with Dr. Zawacki and PA Salma Faris, who were both incredible! They were very thoughtful and explained everything very clearly. The MA's, Izzy and Laura, were also amazing. My experience with their team felt comfortable and safe, even though I was incredibly nervous. I decided to get the procedure because despite working out, I have always been built like a box and have a pouch on my lower abdomen. I am not completely healed yet but so far my results are incredible and I could not be happier!

If I could give a 4.5/5 I would.. There were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. The consultant that I spoke to, Tanner, told me a few lies, which I feel were used to mislead me into getting the procedure. Before scheduling and paying, I told him I was going on my honeymoon 3 weeks from the tentative procedure date. He repeatedly reassured me that I would be completely healed by then and would only have to wear the garment at night. Not only is this absolutely NOT true, I learned the day of my procedure that the swelling tends to RETURN AND PEAK at 3 weeks. He also repeatedly said that this procedure is permanent as "you are born with all the fat cells you will ever have, so once they are removed you will not have any there ever again," which is also completely false. I think him using this misinformation is unethical and disappointing - so if you are thinking about getting the laser lipo please do your research and really consider if it is right for you.

With all that being said, I still gave them the 5 star review because overall my experience with the procedural team was incredible and my results are unbelievable.

I had my chin area done and fat transfer….I’m very happy with the results and the team. I healed well …was sensitive for a few weeks …..but 6ms later it resolved!

During my second visit to the clinic, I was 30 mn late because I went to the wrong address. Once I realized I was at the wrong address I called the front desk and asked if I could still make it. I had specifically asked for Loren who is wonderful. Although Loren and the staff were getting ready to leave, she agreed to stay and provide my service. They heard the stress in my voice and offered extraordinary service with a smile. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and the special way they take care of their clients. I highly recommend this clinic and Loren ❤❤❤

This was my first Botox experience and I am so happy. I had been wanting to try it but wasn’t sure where to go. Selma made me feel very comfortable, she listened to what I wanted and asked questions. I knew I was in the best hands. It’s been 4 days and I’m already in love with what I’m seeing. The procedure was pretty painless and there was no down time. I went here initially with a lot of trepidation, and I’m leaving 100% happy. Izzy and Dr. Darm were kind and helpful at my initial appointments and set me completely at ease. Salma Faris (the PA) was kind and professional and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. Dr. Amie Zawacki was professional and extremely kind when I had some high anxiety, and she did simply excellent work. I would highly recommend everyone involved, especially if you are a nervous patient. They’re great.

I had my first ever filler appointment and I am blown away by the results. Lauren did an incredible job! I was originally only thinking about getting my cheeks done to fill out some signs of aging, but she suggested my chin as well, and I am SO glad that she did because I had never even considered how my recessed chin impacted my facial structure. The end result was so gorgeous that I was literally brought to tears when she handed me the mirror. I am beyond pleased with the experience 🥰🥰🥰

THE BEST injector I've had and way more knowledgeable as well.
She's honest also seeing as though I was prepared to have more done and that would cost me a lot more ,yet she told me I didn't need all that etc.... and much less than I thought . They are up front with pricing and it's nice the injector actually knows those prices!
Saw her for botox and filler. She injected different areas than I'm use to with much better results! And for the very first time doing this out of 6 yrs I had no real pain and no bruising, she's amazing to say the least.
I have to drive 2 hrs to get there but will do it gladly! And I save thousands for the exact same products and treatments than here in The Dalles where I live!

Dr. Darm and his staff are amazing. The neck lift he performed is holding up well fifteen years later! Going here was one of my best decisions.

I've had nothing but great experiences every time I see Dr. Darm and his staff. I've been receiving Dysport injections for about 3-4 years and I love having Dr. Darm do them for me. He's very gentle and has a very nice and polite demeanor.....and my results are amazing! Last October I had laser liposuction and I've been thrilled with those results too! It's not inexpensive but it was something that I've always wanted to have done. I had 3 areas treated and have been back several times for the followups. My surgeon was fabulous and Nicole (the nurse/assistant on the surgical side) is so friendly. I have and will continue to recommend my friends to Aesthetic Medicine!

I have had a great experience here at aesthetic medicine starting with my first meeting with Bri. Bri helped me chose what services I desired and was very thorough discussing the procedures and cost. I chose to have the Facetite procedure which included my neck and lower face. Prior to my surgery I did a pre op visit that included blood work and an ekg to be sure that I was a good candidate. On 6/2 I arrived for my procedure met with Dr zawacki whom also reviewed my procedure and what to expect. All went well. I returned the next day for a recheck and was given lots of reassurance. I’m 10 days out and received a phone call from Salma one of the PA’s checking in with me and answered questions I had about my healing process and expectations. I’m very pleased with the care I’m receiving and excited to experience the gradual changes as the healing continues. Next f/u visit 8 days. I highly recommend aesthetic medicine. Janel D
