Metro by T-Mobile

Just moved up this way about a year ago from living in Pennsylvania my whole life. Needed to find a new metro by t-mobile store to go to. I came across this one, & my first experience was great!! The store associate Jesus was very nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. Not too mention he went out of his way to pick up the phone i wanted on his way in to work because his store was out of the galaxy A51 5g. Which by the way is a great phone! He's a man of his word. Ty Jesus, you made 2 more loyal customers 🙏 as long as your working, this store will always have our business 😀 👍 ty very much for such a wonderful first experience. I stumbled on this store as my cellphone was gasping it's last breaths of life....literally dying in my hand. I stopped into this store expecting the usual....long lines, tired help, etc.

This location was empty and Jesús could not do enough to help me move 1000s of bits of data from the old phone to the new phone. He did this as quickly as possible, answered my standard 100 questions and sent me on my way. He's probably the most knowledgable rep that's helped me at any Metro store. He REALLY knows what he's doing. THANKS, Jesús!!

When did closing 20min before posted store hours become a thing?

Do not go here!!! They tell you lies and then try to reword it to make themself look good. Heavy set man who looks nice sold a phone that was suppose to be 30 dollars but ended up with a 250 dollar bill! Sold us google one and amazon prime and we can’t use google one through a iPhone and he refuse to help up set up amazon prime when asked. Threw a fit on the phone a few weeks back! He should really be fired. Pennsville metro are more honestly and so is Millville
