My wife and I recently had an exceptional experience at the La-Z-Boy store in Paramus, NJ, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and guided through the showroom by the wonderful sales person, Barbara. Her extensive knowledge of the products and her genuine desire to help us find the perfect pieces for our new home made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Barbara's friendly and professional demeanor put us at ease immediately, and her patience in answering all our questions was greatly appreciated.

In addition to Barbara's excellent service, we had the pleasure of working with Aneta, the store's interior designer. Aneta's personalized service was truly outstanding. She took the time to understand our style and preferences, and by using 3D CAD software, was able to show us how our living space would be both beautifully coordinated and functional. Aneta's keen eye for design and her attention to detail ensured that every piece we chose complemented our home perfectly. She even scheduled a visit to our residence for a walkthrough and to verify room measurements.

The combination of Barbara's expertise in sales and Aneta's interior design skills made our shopping experience at La-Z-Boy in Paramus unforgettable. We can’t wait for the delivery of our new, custom furniture in a few weeks. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and professional interior design assistance. The store and sales gent were both great.

But I will tell u as far as the company LaZy Boy goes…. I bought a chair originally and I lost 649. as a restocking fee. The company itself was Inflexible in every way …
Separate franchise stores and they could care less about the customer .like I said the sales fellow was helpful in Paramus and did what he good but I was screwed out if 649 in a chair exchange. They got their money out of state and could give a rats A.. about me

John at the Paramus store is an excellent sales person. He gave us some great options and fully explained the details for each sofa. He was great to deal with and made the shopping experience very pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality furniture and service.

Friendly service, very informative and our salesman answered all our questions. We felt no pressure or pushing for a sale, and were very thrilled to be able to take advantage of the Memorial Day 30% off sale.

We purchased two La-Z-Boy recliners for our family room. The features such as Zero Gravity, lumbar support and moveable headrest felt great. Aneta showed us the different models as she shared her expertise and also assisted us in picking out fabric for the chairs. Pleasant, no pressure shopping experience.

Well haven't got the chair yet, but yesterday Aaram showed me the style I was interested in and then told me about my optional choices. I chose a firmer seat cushion and the order is in for Rowan style new Lazy Boy. This will be our 4th and we'll continue to buy Lazy Boy because we love how durable, beautiful, and comfortable they are. I'm looking forward to getting my custom made recliner by the end of June.

John was very attentive to our preferences and was able to provide perfect solutions to our personal requests. We felt very comfortable that we were getting the best service and product for our needs. Very satisfying visit.

I visited the store last night and received a warm welcome by the store manager, John. He helped me select the perfect recliner for my mom who’s recovering from a knee fracture. His patience, thorough explanation of a variety of features in multiple recliners and willingness to offer several options made my experience extremely pleasant and quick. Grateful to have been able to purchase exactly what I needed without any issues whatsoever! Highly recommend!

it’s big and open which is a nice way to shop because you can pretty much look over the whole store to see where you wanna go. The woman who helped me, (yes, she was a woman nothing else) came up to me and asked if she could help me right away, and always surprised how quickly I was seen. I knew what I wanted and told her please just listen to me. I’ve thought about it for a long time and please let me know if you have the parameters of what I’m asking for. So I shared with her she got me exactly what I wanted. I didn’t know there was gonna be such a long wait to get my chair though? She said it was gonna be 12 to 14 weeks at 3+ months?. I guess if you’re gonna get the best you gotta wait? But that’s a little too long for me.

We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy purchasing our new sectional. Jill V and Aneta went above & beyond in helping us pick out the right couch for our needs, customizing every aspect and taking extra time and effort to ensure we were fully satisfied! We cannot wait for our new couch to arrive, as we know it is going to be the perfect addition to our family room! Cannot recommend Jill enough she was fabulous in walking us around the store, identifying our preferences and helping us to narrow down our choices and ultimately pick the perfect piece!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival and our sales representative was knowledgeable about the chairs we were interested in seeing and trying out. As a result of her expertise we bought 2? On the spot. I only wish it was easier to get in and out of the store. The handicap access is not near the store’s door and there is a large curb to step up on to get from the parking lot.

Fantastic experience at this location! Ammar (sales manager) helped my boyfriend and I understand all our options when deciding what pieces to purchase for our Trouper sectional. He was very patient with us and he is very knowledgable about the whole process and all of the products. Aneta (interior designer) also helped us make decisions about carpets, coffee tables, and end tables. We feel very confident in our choices because of their help and we are very excited for our new furniture to come!!

Ammar was extremely helpful, listened to me and showed me recliners that met all of my needs. He was attentive and his goal was to have a satisfied customer.

Aneta was so helpful and accommodating. She found me a great deal on a recliner I was looking for. I will definitely be back for her expertise.

Omar our sales person went above and beyond by helping us and answered every question and was really patient and pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about all the products at lazy boy furniture

I recently returned back to La-Z-Boy with my Mom because of the amazing service that I received a few months ago from her.
Aneta knocked it out the park again!!! She is a complete gem! She took her time assisting me and my Mom and answered all of our questions and concerns. She also made some valuable suggestions. Keep up the outstanding work Aneta and please know it is truly appreciated.

Looked for a comfortable recliner chair for my 6’4” husband and me. Your sales manager Ahmad was patient and pleasant. Couldn’t make up our minds and left, thought about it and went back, asked for him and ordered the one he steered us toward. Altogether a very pleasant experience! Thanks
