From the beginning of the sale through to the delivery, this company is the most professional and supportive I have ever dealt with. Both sofa and sectional I purchased was of the utmost quality and they are absolutely beautiful. Nick was so supportive of my challenges due to constant delays in the building of my new home, made sure that everything was warehoused and delivered properly and was always a gentleman throughout. After searching for a couch for weeks I went into Natuzzi for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the inventory. Nick, my salesperson was so professional, patient and knowledgeable. Nick, Kyle and the team were incredibly patient in helping us redesign our living room!! We purchased a beautiful sectional with a matching coffee table and an area rug. The team looked at our existing space and what furniture we were keeping to help layout a new concept! I love my new furniture and am so happy to had them to work with… I would have never chosen these pieces on my own! The store is beautiful and they have some amazing handmade Italian furniture… it is definitely worth a visit!! The product they have to offer is very beautiful and very well made. 5 stars and highly recommend. Definitely worth the money.

I ordered a large sectional couch, but I haven’t received it. I hope I won’t be disappointed when I receive my order. It seems Natuzzi Edition cut corners to make their product affordable to people on budget. Just keep in mind, you are going to spend a lot more when you order similar style furniture in Natuzzi Italia!

I can’t say enough about the assistance I received from Mark during my sectional selection process. I sat on every sectional in the showroom and decided on Forza with 3 power recliners and upgraded category 25 super soft leather. Mark was very patient snd helped with the final configuration and leather selection.

My sectional was delivered within the 20 weeks originally committed to at time of purchase and Mark worked his magic in working within the confines of my budget.

I highly recommend purchasing from the Natuzzi Editions Paramus store. Dealing directly with the manufacturer guarantees the quality of their product and full support from their team.

We bought a leather sofa set from Nick in Natuzzi Editions store in Paramus in January of 2022. But because of pandemic the delivery was set for June 2022. The furniture came in in June of 2022 but didn’t get delivered from the port until July 2022 because of problems in deliveries at that time. When we finally got our furniture we realized that it was damaged. So we alerted Nick of this problem and he promised to help us. But like in all corporate stores there was a lot of different hurdles we had to cross. There was a lot of frustration on our part because we bought an expensive set of furniture but it was damaged. Finally things got resolved after Nick was able to get the management side to agree that we should be able to buy another set and return the damaged set. He helped us choose the set that we liked. So finally today we received our new set and it looks wonderful. Throughout this process Nick showed great patience and ability to deliver as promised to unhappy customer. We thank Nick and Natuzzi for making us feel good and restoring our faith in integrity and honesty of their company. Thank you Nick!

My mother recently purchased a new sofa set from Natuzzi Editions. We had a wonderful shopping experience. Nick and Monty were great - both really nice, professional and knowledgable. Nick was especially helpful and patient in helping us customize the set and select colors. Customer service exceeded our expectations.

This store in my opinion has got to be the most beautiful store in Paramus with the absolute best furniture. The furniture they have in that store is like the Ferrari and Lamborghini of living rooms, beds and dining. The staff was amazing and not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable in there and I am very very happy with the living room i purchased. I Love this store I didn’t want to leave from how amazing it smells in the store. The entire experience working with Mark Sal in the Paramus, NJ store and the other Natuzzi staff has been superb -from dealing with Mark in the store to yesterday's delivery. Mark was patient, explained everything and did not rush us. The delivery company provided fantastic customer service. Crystal called and emailed about our delivery timeframes, she always left a clear voicemail if we did not pick up and was always easy to reach if we needed to call her. The two delivery men were very careful with the furniture, were courteous, cleaned up and waited patiently while we made sure everything was ok. And the couch is comfortable and beautiful!!

I would definitely recommend Natuzzi Editions they have great costumer service. Mark understood exactly what we wanted he turned our
Imagination sofa into reality. We ended up choosing the beautiful Forza sectional and it was designed in their configuration system exactly according to my living room. I will be shopping their very soon for my office.

Mark was fantastic. He connected immediately and he gave me the perfect couch I wanted. He sat down with me and we designed to my custom specifications. I love the couch it is fantastic. Guys go to mark and he will give you the best furniture ever.

We had looked all over for a sofa and randomly wandered into the store where the folks were great and spent time with us to figure out what we wanted and to custom order our sofa with delivery to Maryland. Since we needed a sofa sooner than ours could be made and delivered the store manager arranged for us to receiver a loaner sofa while we waited for our sofa to be ready. There were some delays but that was due to the pandemic and our far distance from them. The sofa itself is great love that even the middle seat could be designed to work as a recliner. Sofas are pricy but worth it!

My wife and I came in to this store sometime in December. We ordered the Amoravole sectional. We received our delivery 2 days ago. I have to say, we are extremely satisfied with the service, the product, and the style. Mark was extremely helpful, and not pushy at all. We highly recommend this store. Wait till you smell the fragrance in the store, absolutely amazing.

Let me start by saying how good this place smells, i had purchesed a sectional from Natuzzi and im in love with it, Nick the sales person was very helpfull and very proffesional, he walked me step by step into my purchase up to choosing our color.
