Cooper Mountain Ale Works Old Town Sherwood

I went in for lunch last weekend and had the most delicious Flatbread EVER!! The Peach Caprese Flatbread blew me away and I got to enjoy the Blackberry Margarita with a great view of Old Town Sherwood.

The service was great, speedy and friendly. The community blows me away with how involved everyone is and I'd greatly recommend popping in for a visit.

Cooper Mountian is a fantastic addition to this amazing community and I cant wait to see what comes next!

It is hands down my favorite place for beer and food. I can't say enough about this place. So much detail in flavor in their beer... and their food. If I had disposable income I would go here everyday multiple times a day. The folks that work there are super cool and friendly to boot!

So far I've had the BBQ burger, Cajun chicken sandwhich and their loaded waffle fries. Oh so good!!! And their beer... sooooooo yummy. They seem high priced at first glance, but the ingredients they use are top notch. I definitely will be visiting here frequently!

The food was so good and the customer service was fantastic. The environment, comfortable and clean. Rachel Lee served me the most delicious blackberry margarita! Definitely a must try.

Great addition to downtown Sherwood! Beer and food are top notch. The “Spicy Italiano” pizza is so good! Greatest patio as well. Love bringing our dogs here.

This is such an outstanding restaurant, I don’t know how to begin to describe. The burgers are great. The beer is FANTASTIC. Even the kids chicken strips makes me drool a bit. I am a little heartbroken that Cerna Magie is no longer on the beer list/menu. That was by FAR my favorite beer…ever. The one super minor suggestion I’d ask is for mashed potatoes to be available as a side, especially for the kids menu items. It would go so well with the chicken strips, and would please my Czech wife as well.

Nice place. Pizza was excellent and the burger was juicy and full of flavor. Beer was good too. The inside is loud and could use some acoustic tiles. Hard to have a conversation but there is outside seating available.

I stopped in for (1) beer after the gym and decided to order the Brussel Sprouts & 1/2 Mac & Cheese to wash it down. The customer service was exceptional and the food was amazing! Had I known the serving size was so great, I would have only ordered one dish because my tummy is not that big. The “A Sky Full of Comets” IPA was not too hoppy and had a very smooth taste and finish. I’ll be back 🤠

Gluten free burger buns! Classic burger was a delicious blend of crunchy and juicy; pickles were perfection. Dry cider on tap fell a little flat but was still tasty.

This business will continue to perfect its staffing and space, and is a welcome addition to old town Sherwood.

If they are able to stay open on Mondays and nail the gluten free options without kitchen staff visibly sighing, they'd be unique to this area and hopefully attract loyal, regular clientele.

Been in a few times for lunch now. The staff is exceedingly friendly and very accommodating. The Cajun chicken sandwich is awesome! Will definitely be back

We've eaten here twice now and have had great experiences both times. We realize they are still in their "soft" opening phase and think they are doing a great job as they work to fine tune their service. The food has been very good and my husband has enjoyed his beer. Welcome to Sherwood and we look forward to visiting often. Great addition to Old Town.

A true gem. Highest quality beers. Generous and delicious pizza. Friendly and attentive staff. So glad we discovered this place.

Delicious food and beer, plus outside seating make this a frequent choice for our family! They said they are adding liquor to their menu soon to round out their bar. We plan to bring our dog with us next time!

Updated post 07/02/2023: Everything was great. Beer was delicious, and refreshing on a warm day. The Czech pils and Mexican lager were both top favs today. Cajun chicken sandwich was SUPER crispy and man did that hit the spot. Plus the waffle fries were crunchy exterior and fluffy interior, in my opinion perfection for a fry. Especially paired with beer cheese for dipping. Everyone was super kind and attentive from the moment we walked up to the moment we walked out. Thank you for the great experience.

We have been to Cooper Mountain's Tigard location a number of times and always had great brews and food. Living in Sherwood we were very excited when they announced their new location here. We stopped by for lunch on Friday and had another great meal. I'm a big fan of their English Special Bitters and Kolsch and had them both for lunch. My wife loves their hefeweizen. For food we shared a 10" pig and peppers pizza and the roasted root vegetables salad. Both were excellent, prepared and presented exceptionally well. A special shout out to our server, Cameron, for his friendly and professional service. We will be back soon. Worth your visit in Sherwood's charming old town.
