The guys are great. Both the dispatchers and the technician on the field. The communication is quick and clear, but not curt. The work and attitude is awesome. The prices are reasonable. Definitely would recommend them to any one who needs a plumbing services

Maurice was one of the most personable servicemen we have ever met. He had to deal with my elderly mother, and that can be challenging, but he found a way to make her comfortable and stress-free. I can’t say enough about him as a person and his work!

My service tech Austin was outstanding. He arrived early and had a very professional work ethic. He answered all my questions with good knowledge which made my decision on how I needed him to resolve my problem very easy. The tech texted before arriving promptly. He was super nice and very patient with my 87 year old father who is still the king of his castle. He did his work quickly and efficiently and even gave us a thumb drive with the video of the inside of our outdoor pipe. Roto Rooter is reliable and prompt. They keep you informed from when you make the appointment right through the end of service. Luis was very professional and did a great job for us. This time the issue was a little bit more concerning. Luis handled it and saved the weekend!

Roto Rooter was FANTASTIC. My main line was backed up on Sunday night. It was easy to book and appointment online for the next day. They were in contact via email and text and confirmed everything. Maurice came right within the window that gave me. He was very knowledgeable and new exactly what needed to be done. On top of that he was very kind, during what was a stressful time. George came quickly, it was a weekend, explained job and pricing, was very caring and mindful of prices. He did the job in 15 minutes ( he said it may take an hour). Great customer service with Roto-Rooter.. maybe more importantly, great results! Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & helpful! not only did he get my drain pipes cleared up and working properly, but also gave me some tips and advice on avoiding future problems. He took the time to explain the issues, and show me what he did to fix them. he also brought other issues to my attention and took the time to go over those with me, as well. Highly recommend- couldn’t be happier!

The plumber that came over, Jeff, was absolutely amazing. He was courteous and friendly. Worked as fast as he could. Showed me everything he did and explained why he did it the way he did. He also showed me how I can do some the maintenance work myself.
