SpringHill Suites by Marriott East Rutherford Meadowlands/Carlstadt

We had a great stay at SpringHill suites! The front desk staff, including Ethan, was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was great, as we got extra time to hang out in the pool with the kids. The rooms were very clean and cozy with a couch and mini fridge, as described in the images prior to booking. There was a cozy fire out in the front of the hotel and in the lobby as well which the kids enjoyed watching. The bathroom door is a sliding door, and there is a gap that you could see in but as we were with family we respected everyone’s privacy and didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. We arrived at 11am, after checking out of a cruise ship and the front desk was lovely enough to let us check in right away. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel where 3 different buses can drive you to NYC in less than 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean and there was many options for breakfast. There was also watching and drying machines available for customers. I would absolutely return to this hotel when I return to the big Apple!

It was my first time here. I am enjoying the size of the room and the atmosphere. Clean and smell very nice. The beds are comfortable, and I slept well. Thanks for a good night's rest.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for vacation/comic con. Our experience was great from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and Kim was very friendly and sweet. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. Our room was on a higher floor and was spotless. There was a slight glitch after checkout but that was more related to the website and not the hotel. We will definitely return in the future.

Really shocked by this hotel very nice for the price, clean, modern, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. View from our room had views of Manhattan, American Dream ferris wheel, and Met Life Stadium.

Springhill Suites is my new favorite Marriott brand. The room layouts are very efficient and allow for ample space for a family to spread out.

This property was very clean. Public spaces were always well maintained.

The pool is quite small and gets super crowded but it's a nice area.

The lobby area has lots of space to hang out.

Breakfast was decent. However it was exactly the same every day of our 3 night stay. A little variety would have been nice.

Our city view room was great. Very clean, lots of space, comfy trundle couch for the kids, and a pretty decent view of the Manhattan skyline. Bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Housekeeping staff was lovely. We opted to decline service and just switched out our towels daily. They were very accommodating.

Location is absolutely wonderful for travel to NYC. The 163 and 164 bus take you right into Port Authority for $4.50. The bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel. Returning from NYC, the bus stop will be on the hotel side right by the parking lot. Super easy!

It's a short 5 minute drive to the American Dream mega mall. There are many places to eat within a 10 minute drive.

Overall a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again for a NYC visit.

My only real complaint is the lack of a 24hr coffee station. Would be nice to be able to caffeinate on the go. ☕

This is in a great location, only about 7 minutes to the mall and MetLife stadium. I was going to book at another place initially but this had the best reviews.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. If you like views, get a city view room. I was on a low budget so I didn’t get it, but I’m sure it would have been a better view than the giant tower in back 😂.

Oh and their breakfast was actually really good. I couldn’t believe the options. I thought they were just going to throw out apples and muffins, but they had a lot of things to choose from. Cereals, eggs, English muffins, bagels.

Pool was nice, though a lot smaller than I thought. The pool room has a very strong chlorine smell if you’re sensitive to it.

There’s a gym right next door to the pool. I didn’t use it because I burned enough calories walking around the mall. Jk I just don’t really workout. Gym looked good though.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! We used SpringHill Suites for our hotel block for our wedding and the service, location, and ambiance was perfect. We loved the rooms and how modern, clean and how west elm it felt. Special shout out to Lauren and Fallon for making the process seamless from check in to check out.
We love how close it was to the brewery and the American Dream for our guests to enjoy as well. The room was nothing but amazing and was very sleek and modern. No complaints!

Went to a Jets game and stayed here and it was an excellent choice. Rooms priced fairly and very clean, they serve breakfast and the hotel is only a mile or so from Metlife and the American Dream Mall. The staff is super nice and helpful, especially Risa ( probably spelled her name wrong sorry 🙂), but she was great, and wven gave awesome restaurant recommendations. Because of her professionalism and rhe great hotel, will definitely stay there again when Im in the area...it is highly recommended.

The room was extremely clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. The customer service was on point. The breakfast area food was great. Each day they had great meat out as well as bagels, coffee, juice and etc.The pool is nice too. I am a very picky guest, and I did not run into any problems. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for providing exceptional service.

Decent. Seems newer. Clean. Rooms huge. And modern. Hard to get to kinda. But 1 min from mall. Recommeneded. I would stay again.

Stayed here with my 2 kids. When I first arrived I was greeted by 2 different front desk associates. They were both extremely friendly, inviting and made me smile.
Rooms are clean and very nice.
Location is great as well.

Lovely, comfortable, clean, hotel. Spent the weekend with my granddaughter and grandson and her friends Celebrating her Birthday. The hotel is very close to the American Dream Mall. The free breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time!

Well located bear Metlife and American Dream, a short Uber (or drive) to Secacus Junction for a 15 min ride into the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great suggestion for eats.

Room was quiet and bed comfortable. All new and modern.

Breakfast was good with mini omelettes bacon, sausage and the usual cereal, bread, etc Just be careful (and patient) when it gets busy for refills you will need to wait as the limited staff is taking care of everything.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were great except the bathroom doors lack privacy. The sliding door was a good idea but the designer didn't think about privacy of the person inside the bathroom. That was my only pet peeve.

I had an amazing stay here! My family of five had a great time here. The rooms were nice, breakfast was good and it has easy access to time square (just take nj transit bus 163 or 164, use gate 224 when coming back from time square)! Definitely would recommend!

This has been the absolute best SpringHill Suites that I've been to in New Jersey and outside of New Jersey tried this was the best. The front desk staff was amazing. There was a issue with the microwave where the last person must have eat it fish and there was a fish smell in the microwave and I'm allergic and I asked if they can swap out the microwave and they did it no problem I absolutely love this place this is my my go-to whenever I'm there for business. I can't remember the young lady's name that was on but I want to do another review for her and the young man that was there that night.

It was a beautiful experience with a little help from staff. Breakfast time was packed, so everything was running out but the staff was good. Was a little disappointed not getting an upstairs view but the rooms are spotlessly clean and organized with enough space for a family of four. I will be going back for sure.

Beautiful and modern designed hotel. Staff are professional and courteous. Comfortable bed (a bit soft for me) with nice room layout. However, the gym and pool are kind of small. Breakfast was great with many choices and staff regular replenished items.
