I had a pleasant experience with the account owner Mike. Very straightforward owner, willing to work for our needs. The delivery/installer Carlos and his helper were very professional and efficient when they came to my home. Just one thing to keep in mind, make sure you reach out a couple of days before your delivery to verify all the details since no one reached out to us. Solid experience 💯

I purchased a couch set along with a bedroom set and a dining room set from this store. I was assisted by Jose and Mike in finding the perfect furniture for my house. The delivery was quick and fast, the delivery guys set everything up perfectly. Mike guided me through the financing process and he was very transparent on the process and fees. I’ll be coming back to this store 100%.

Horrible business. Made a purchase for 2 chest dresser didnt have the color instore so they made a order for it. I was supposed to get it Friday then Saturday. 8 out of 10 times they dont pick up the phone. Then they never called back for a update. The delivery turned into Monday nothing came no call. YOU HAVE TO CALL IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER. Tuesday promised delivery 1pm-3pm. They reach out saying he didnt get your color and we have none would i like a new color or a refund. I go get my refund they cant find my receipt for the order. I have to write on a piece of paper that im getting a cash refund, so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never again.
