Customer service is top notch at this location. We were helped by a woman named Kaileigh, and she was absolutely delightful!

vs is my favorite store in the entire world .my last visit was ok .they were short on employees ,but the one girl she was super sweet she offered me a shopping bag and checked on me only 1x just to make sure I was finding what I needed
than she rang me up ..she pretty much was running the entire pink vs store ! she should be the lead manager and get a raise .I am looking at my receipt to see her name.cuz check it out it's 50-60% semi-annual sale @ both pink and as my daughter calls the other vs "black" lol.loveyou shyshy♡♡

I'm getting married soon. The gal's at Victoria Secret were so helpful and attentive. They helped me find several things that are " honeymoon" worthy. So many pretty things. I would definitely recommend this store!

I love Victoria's Secret and pink stores. The quality of the undergarments is fantastic and the ladies who work there are very friendly. The only thing I don't like is having to go to the mall to get there, I am just not a mall kind of girl. Otherwise it's all good. I do have to say though I will only buy from them when there is a big sale going on otherwise I think that the prices are just too high. Check it out! Processed a return for an online order here. The associate standing outside the store was pleasant and informational. When I got to the checkout counter, after a decent wait in line, the associate assisting me was efficient and kind. Definitely above satisfied with the staff! Thank you!

Patience is a virtue not many people have, including myself! The employees went above and beyond today all the while staying be patient! Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Were not overbearing. Were all to happy to go out of their way to do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy, which is an extinct thing these days! I love this place! I hadn’t been bra shopping in a very long time and felt out of place, but the fitting room ladies here were very helpful and got me the right size measurements I needed. I didn’t end up finding anything here that I wanted but it was still a very personalized experience in which I felt like there was a great attention to detail placed on what I needed as a customer. I will probably come back here when I feel ready to make up my mind.

employees at pink are just simply the best! Went in with my sister to get one of those furry jackets for my mothers birthday (she loves!) and because they are such a winter hit, there was not very many sizes left in certain colors and asked if they had a certain size in any of the colors in the back. I believe the employee; Megan (a doll!!), came out saying unfortunately they did not BUT then went on saying she has put one on hold a week ago for herself, and because it was the same color and size we were hoping to get, she offered it to us for purchase for our mothers birthday. OF COURSE we did not take the extremely sweet offer because she deserves that jacket, but the staff really does go above and beyond to satisfy the customers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My wife loves the lounge wear amongst other things. Her face lights up when she receives something Pink . The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . Makes shopping there that much easier. Thanks

Helpful service, great fragrances

Went in looking for the new seamless legging. Note: I haven't shopped in a PINK store in years, for various reasons. Mercedes (I think that was her name?) not only helped me find the exact pair I wanted, she helped me with the new jumpsuits (which I love) and helped me download and use the new Pink Nation app. Not very often I find excellent customer service in the town center. VERY impressed! I will be back.

Sydney was amazing. She was genuine, straightforward, and really friendly. I was given large sizes by others to get me to pay more at the Pink in Olympia, WA. She had told me how the sizing works and that they were in fact trying to get me to custom order sizes.

I am always pleasantly surprised to come in and smell all the new perfumes (and old favorites). The hardest part about coming in here is figuring out what you want to get.

Perfume and lotion are by far my favorite!

The staff that helped me were all amazing, especially the gal that helped me decided to try the wireless t-shirt bra! (Wish I knew her name) So comfy!
