The Plank House provided excellent service, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu.
When my friend’s pasta came out cooler than she’d prefer the manager was quick to recognize the issue and apologize. She promptly suggested a solution and even offered a complimentary dessert as a gesture of goodwill. My meal was perfect. The staff members were also quick to refill our drinks and check on us throughout the meal.

We weren't at the plank house we were at the new timbers Cafe. The food is really good we have ate there four times. Our server Elizabeth was great. She does a great job with the customers. Girl needs a raise.

I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The service was stellar ( perfect ) , the food excellent and the warmth and atmosphere wonderful. And no I don't work there but I'm a retired cook and it is perfect.

Went for Valentines Day and had an amazing experience. Live piano player and beautiful tables created a very romantic setting. We choose the Valentines package which was a 4 course meal with options for wine or champagne pairings. The first course was a green lipped muscle that was phenomenal, the second course a tomato bisque that I will now compare every other tomato bisque to because it was that delicious, and the main course was a filet mignon with scallops. I am a bit of a picky steak eater, but the filet was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely, served with a chimichurri sauce that put it over the top. For desert they served chocolate covered strawberries and individual NY style cheesecakes. The overall experience left me feeling special and spoiled, just what a good Valentines date is supposed to accomplish! They even offered a complimentary professional photograph for each couple and a red rose! It was little touches like that which really set the experience above and beyond a regular restaurant date night.

The wait staff were knowledgeable about the wine and champagne options as well as the food. They also provided great service and made sure that our drinks were never empty for more than a couple minutes in total throughout the night. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!

Amanda was amazing as our waitress. The view was beautiful, the food was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. 😋

The Plankhouse has excellent food and service with a breathtaking view of the bay. I have eaten here three times in the last year and only at special occasions as it is a little bit pricey. I was impressed by their speedy and courteous service, especially when we had family visiting and came in with a party of 10! The salmon bisque is a treat and the fresh baked bread is ridiculously good. They also make what is quite possibly the best cooked ribeye steak I have had in Oregon.

Never a bad meal here. Friendly staff and easy parking on the side to avoid going through the casino. Always make it a point to eat lunch or dinner at least once every time I come to town. I recommend this restaurant for the whole family.

Had a wonderful time wonderful meal the view of the tugboats in the bay was amazing had the lamb and the shrimp scampi was exceptional add oysters on the half shell I definitely will be back there and the staff went way out of their way for me

I enjoyed visiting Plank House Restaurant during my staying at Mill Cacino Hotel. I was satisfied with fresh ingredients, a variety of menu and friendly service. It's a little bit long wait, so it's not a place for a quick bite.
