Tai's Dynasty Restaurant

It was our first time here, and I'm unsure why we waited so long to try them. The food was plentiful and good. The chicken fried rice my son ordered was so huge it could have served four people. It also filled two large takeaway containers. I had the dinner combo #9, and it was good. It could have had more heat to it. I didn't try the puffed cream cheese until the next day, and they were yummy. The pork fried rice was not the same as I am used to, but it was good. My son had no complaints about the chicken fried rice.

My only complaint would be the service. After we got our dishes, our server never came to check in on us. Another employee did. With the amount of server traffic to the kitchen through our area, a server could have stopped to acknowledge us. The table across from us kept getting service, but we only got approached when they brought us the check and asked for containers. It will not stop us from returning as the food was of excellent quality, and it's hard to come by here; I do hope they can do better with the service.

True Amarican style Chinese Food. This must be a local spot as they are full every weekend night. I know the food was great and very delicious. We got the dinner plate for 2.

They have a clean and open dinning room. They also had three large parties of 10 or more people there when we went. We still got are food hot and fresh.

Super fast authentic Chinese food. Yummy 😋 we ordered Togo and was pleasantly surprised! We will be back for sure!

Beef and vegetable with Chow Fun Noodle. The beef was so tender, veggies cooked perfect (not raw crunchy like many other places). Staff is so welcoming and helpful answering any/all questions about menu and ingredients.

Great food, lots of servings !!! Only point we disagree on is .....since when are you charged for sweet n sour sauce when ordering fried shrimp???? Nobody eats dry fried shrimp. In all our Chinese Restaurants we've been to we've NEVER been charged $1.00 for sweet n sour sauce 😳

I love Tai's the food an service are great. If your sitting at home trying to figure out we're to eat ,,,go to Tai's. You'll enjoy your time there.

Wow this place is the best last time I had this was in SF Cal. And it was not as good as this. Everyone needs to try this place when you come ti North Bend Ore.

Haven't eaten yet, ordered my food Togo and was greeted by so many kind people offering to answer any questions I had(which I always do, but usually don't ask). I learned they have my favorite "broad noodle" called Chow Fun Noodle and you can add/sub it to anything. My new favorite thing to order. Will post pics of food soon. Thank you to the great staff for broadening my choices and the noodles 😆❤

Visited Tai's Dynasty today on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and portion size of the meal. I shared the "Mongolian" dinner with my Dad and it was superb. Everything was fresh and delicious. Waitress was on her game. If your in North Bend or Coos Bay I would recommend. Best Chinese food I've had in southern Oregon.

We tried Tai's Dynasty for the first time and was impressed with how exceptionally good the service and the food was. We highly recommend it.

I have been back several times and have been 100% pleased. The service in person and on the phone is friendly and efficient. The food has been superb and Covid-19 measures are adequate and consistent.

3rd visit: I decided to eat here after an exhausting shopping trip. It was close by and actually open which was a nice surprise as so many places are closed during this time of Covid - 19.

Several people were exiting the restaurant as I approached. They each had a box with bags of food for carry out.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to sit inside or order for takeout, but decided to dine in. From start to finish everything was perfect from the food to fast drink refills, and friendly, efficient service.

I don't know if Covid made them appreciate their customers more, but it's vastly improved from my two previous visits. 4 stars for this visit. I'm reserving one star as I still feel cautious about how I might be treated on my next visit.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. I've been there on two seperate occasions and both times were not completely enjoyable.

On my 2nd visit:
From the moment I walked in, I was ignored by the two women at the front counter and was finally greeted by a lady who appeared to be bussing tables but was gracious enough to greet me with a smile and show me to my table. The waitress was quick to bring drinks and take my order, and my food arrived quickly, but the fun stopped there.

I don't know how it's possible to make bland Chinese food but I actually added salt to my sweet and sour chicken because it didn't have much flavor. Even that wasn't enough so I put soy sauce on it too. That did the trick but it didn't solve the texture issue of soggy breading on the chicken. It seemed as though it had been cooked ahead and rewarmed before serving. I don't know. I'm accustomed to crispy breading though and this was too soft.

The pork fried rice was good. It had bits of scrambled egg that were a nice surprise and the textures were pleasant.

As I was leaving and trying to pay, the two women again ignored me and seemed too busy to help me until a regular customer came to the counter as well. They didn't even look up at me, just ran my card, said sign here, and walked away without taking my signed slip. I felt uncomfortable just leaving it on the counter. In the end, the only person who thanked me for my business besides the waitress, was the table busser who saw me leaving.

I honestly did not feel welcome here.

The food was unexpectedly good! Lots of veggies, simple but good tasting sauce. Service was excellent, reasonable prices.

It's easy to get to, clean, and very friendly, fast service. We got our appetizers right away. The food was hot out of the kitchen, and the serving was generous 😋. We plan on trying it again due to all the different dishes they had. Enjoy 😉

We order take out from here often and never once been unhappy with the food, serving sizes, or anything else. They are always fast and accommodating for taste preferences. Their burgers are actually pretty good for a Chinese restaurant too! ;)

Great place food was very delicious

Hands down the best Chinese Food I've had in years. Food was fresh, well made and service was spot on. Definitely a place worthy of return visit.

Very good food. Fast friendly staff. No long wait. Food came fast and was hot. Very ample portions. The food was delicious!! Was a mixture. You can get Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, or American fair. Moderate prices. Will definitely be returning soon!!

Large quantity of food for a low price. Always some leftover to bring home. I prefer the small noodles with my chow mein so I order the pan fried. Delicious!
