Quality Inn & Suites at Coos Bay

This place is clean, really clean!
The staff are friendly and professional and checking in only took a few minutes.
The rooms are huge and the beds are ridiculously comfortable.
You're not going to find anything that comes close when it comes to price.

Room was outdated, dark, musty, and really not clean. BUT the bed was clean and comfortable and the staff, THE STAFF ARE AWESOME! Actually all three was excited to be there. would not let anyone walk by them without checking if we needed anything, or asked if our stay was going well. for the price, will definitely be back! oh, the lady doing the breakfast was super awesome!!!!

I prefer to stay here when I’m up in the Coos Bay/ North Bend area, whether it’s for work or personal. It’s central to everything I need, close to shopping and the movie theater is right down the parking lot for a quick spur of the moment Marvels movie!

Kiara and Jai are two very valuable front desk employees. Both were extremely helpful, pleasant and genuinely kind. This hotel was wonderful. Great location. Clean and large rooms. But what made the stay enjoyable was the great staff. Please acknowledge and reward them for setting and upholding a standard all hotels should provide.

The rooms were great, and the free breakfast was the best to note: cinnamon or classic waffles, bagels, eggs and sausage and, the king of it all, tabasco. Great place to stay. My only dislike was my uncomfortable experience with the beds. The television was relatively small for the distance of the beds to the screen. However, I was overall pleased with my stay and will take into account my experience here if I come by again.

Quiet place close to casino. No issues not one . Clean nice and trouble free.

We stayed for just one night and it was great. The room was spacious and clean. I'm so glad the jacuzzi was open. It was so relaxing. Breakfast was good. We'll definitely stay here again and hopefully for more than one night. Thank you

Nicely cleaned rooms that smelled wonderful! Water was wonderfully hot with great pressure! Staff was friendly and helpful and the array of breakfast choices was great!

Just checked in a little while ago. The hotel is definitely a little dated but we like it so far! Huge & spacious room and the beds are big & comfy. Worth the money so far

After staying a couple of days, Sure we are returning to this place it's located in a very good area surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers, All the staff we met were very nice, The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Original review: It's non-smoking rooms, but one of the two rooms I rented for my family has a smoking smell, otherwise all was good.

The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Climate control worked effectively with no musty smell. I had a small issue with the shower getting hot, and this was immediately rectified by the nice young man at the front desk. The location is kinda funny, basically in the parking lot of a dead mall, but is very conveniently in proximity to the west bends cute lil restaurants and bars, and to the mill casino. Also loved that I could bring my dog!

This hotel was so nice the room was clean large room. Very comfortable bed good size restroom refrigerator microwave big TV all the stations you could want and during the pandemic they had as good of a breakfast as they could do it was a sweet rolls fruit granola bars coffee bottled water but the stay there was so comfortable. We were just passing through from location but we would stay there again very nice place

I checked in very late. The young man at the desk was very accommodating when I finally came in after 10:30 pm. on 6/9/22. He was very nice after the day my daughter and I had. I didn’t get his name but after a long day it was exactly what we needed…human kindness:) and the best customer service I have ever received! Kudos to him 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 From one Arizona native to another 😉

We have stayed at different hotels in the area each time we come see family over the years. I must say that I was happily surprised by the staff and room we stayed in. Every employee I spoke to was very friendly and helpful as opposed to other motels we've stayed at. The room was clean and quiet even though the parking lot had alot of vehicles. I won't be bothering to try another place anymore.

Wonderful stay! Called for reservation at 6pm and they had a handicap room available for that night (which is what we needed). Very friendly staff, room very clean and king bed super comfy as well as pillows. Bathroom very clean and even had a facial wipe. Breakfast was a lot more than we expected, waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, many breads to choose from, packaged oatmeal, then your standard fare. Well attended and clean, a lot of seating made us feel as if we were in a restaurant. Best breakfast experience we have ever had in a hotel setting! Very nice courtyard view out our back door. Totally recommend this hotel. Thank you for making the last day of our vacation pleasurable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Davion at the front desk. I needed extra makeup remover wipes following a Halloween wedding and he went out of his way to hooked me up with extra wipes. Thank you so much Devion!

P.S. If you stay here, make sure to walk outside your room at night and check out ALL the snails crossing the walkways 🐌

Loved how it was right next door to Taco Bell! Cinema was 2 minutes walk away. Older facility but nicely kept up and clean. Our room was large with a couch and chair. I would stay there again.

Staff seems so nice. Manager is wonderful person.

Had a very bad experience at another hotel and moved here. The front desk lady got us in at 11am the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare but the coffee pots were clean and bed comfortable. Great hot water pressure in shower. The staff provided lots of local info and provided extra towel and blankets with no issue. All in all the trip wold have been a nightmare but for this place.

Clean, quiet, great location. We had a tremendous time here together. It seems to be an older hotel that has been kept up with well. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
