Joe is an outstanding realtor. We had been looking into getting a house on relatively short notice, our time line was weighing on us and we were getting extremely disheartened.We went through multiple realtors before we found joe. Most didn’t respond in a timely manner. Some didn’t respond at all. We had a a few realtors who didn’t understand our situation, and even some that told us we wouldn’t be able to buy a home.
