Tim at High Ridge responded quickly to my request for information on a gutter replacement and after a brief phone conversation gave me a quote and told me he would have crew at my house the next day. Rob and Shawn showed up on time and replaced 60 feet of ice damaged gutter in about an hour, very efficient, capable and friendly, I'm happy I called them and thanks for the great work!

My recent roofing & gutter installation by HighRidge Roofing proved to be an excellent choice. The roof & gutters have already been proven of good quality and well installed by standing up to heavy rainfall and an ice storm. The metal vents, flapper vents, and sheathed vent pipe boots are excellent. The permanent roof anchors were a nice addition. They returned to inspect and made some adjustments to ensure a well completed job which speaks to the integrity of this business.

High Ridge Roofing and Construction just replaced my entire roof. They also replaced some rotting sheeting and rafter tails. They pointed out issues with an existing awning I had on my back porch and offered solutions. Their price was very competitive and the work was exemplary. The Malarkey product they used is made in Oregon for Oregon weather. It took almost 5 days to complete and at the end of each day the workers cleaned up every bit of roofing scraps and trash all around my house. At no time was I ever in danger of rain getting in. They stripped and dried in entire house in one day. The workers were very polite and answered questions I had. We hired high ridge roofing and gutter company to install our new gutters. They were a random google search in the beginning and we are happy and pleased with our experience with them. Justin was easy to work with as well as the gutter installation guys and they all checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We will be using them for our future needs and definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Every individual that i dealt with at High Ridge Roofing were professional and worked hard to get the job done correctly and efficiently. We recently had High Ridge install a new roof on our home in Cottage Grove and are extremely happy with their work and how they managed the project. We solicited five bids on the project, and while High Ridge wasn’t the cheapest, their price was reasonable (relative the other bids) and their proposal was detailed and thorough. When we started the project the tear-off uncovered hidden water damaged that had compromised the structure of the roof. The “simple” one-week roofing job suddenly ballooned into a seven-week adventure. High Ridge was able to quickly bring in additional resources to repair the framing and replace interior drywall that had to be removed for the work. At the end of the project we had a new roof, our house was back together, and we were pleased to have uncovered and resolved a major problem that would have been much worse had it been left to fester. The project obviously cost more than we had originally anticipated, but it was still a fair price for the scope of work involved. We are grateful to have had High Ridge on the project and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors without reservation.

Justin at High Ridge was by FAR The Most Responsive in Getting A Very Reasonable Quote Back To Me In A Timely Manner. I Had Some Unique Circumstances on This Job That One of The Other Contractors Got A Bit Whiney About, However, Justin said "No Problem, We Got This".
The Crew Who Did The Installation were VERY Professional and Did VERY Careful Work. They Were also Friendly, Personable and Easy To Work With.

I contacted High Ridge when I had a sudden slow leak coming from a recessed light in my ceiling. Not only did I get a response almost immediately, even at 9:30pm at night, but they were to my home first thing in the morning to access the situation. Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn’t a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. I highly recommend High Ridge Roofing for all of your roof repair needs! Thanks for all your help!

When we contacted High Ridge about replacing our gutters they came by that same day and by that evening we had a quote. The work was completed 5 days later, now that’s a quick turnaround. Everyone from Justin, Tim, and the two installers were friendly, courteous and professional. They all seemed to care if the work was done right. After discovering a small leak in my roof, I contacted High Ridge about a complete replacement. They came out after only a few days to patch the section and draw up a contract. After being scheduled, their crew stripped the old shingles and flashing off in one day and covered the plywood. They found that my old skylight was an odd size and replaced it with a standard size one and a new frame at no extra charge. Their crew came back a few days later and had the new roof put on in a day, and it looks so much better.

Tim and team did a fantastic job on installing new gutters on a old house that held a few surprises. Project was quick and the team was easy to work with and very professional.

New roof, new gutters, and 2 new solar tubes look great. It took a bit of extra time and effort to get the old roof layers off and replace some rot that had developed. The roofers were professional and communicated well throughout the process. It's Oregon, and the wet weather postponed the start of the roof by a few months, but the company kept in contact so we didn't feel forgotten. When they were finally able to get started they were here from 8am on the dot to 6pm every day but Friday where they left a little earlier. They cleaned up well after every shift. After the inspection they repaired any small defects in their workmanship promptly to prevent any future problems. I would definitely use this company again.

We got 3 different estimates for our roof and High Ridge Roofing was not only competitive but extremely friendly and professional. They never tried to force extra stuff on us and I never felt any pressure. The owner, Tim, took my calls and answered all my questions. He sent me several revised quotes so we could personalize our project. The office manager, Justin, was extremely professional and friendly. He would stop by the jobsite and check in on things and answer any questions. I don't know anything about roofing so I had a lot of questions and he was able to walk me through them all. The crews doing the work were very polite, showed up on time, and would make sure the site stayed clean. We have dogs and were concerned about nails and staples falling off the roof. They would lay out plastic to catch most debris and then used a big magnet to pick up the rest. Our roof looks amazing and I have full confidence in the work that High Ridge Roofing provided!
