Health Center Pharmacy

We were visiting from our of town. We ended up needing to extend our trip and we didn't have enough of our prescriptions. I called CVS, Walgreens and ShopRite pharmacies to get the prescriptions transferred. Those 3 pharmacies all claimed to either be too busy to help or that it would take days to transfer the scripts or they wanted the dr to call in a new script. Having worked in pharmacy for nearly 2 decades I know the procedure for transfers.
Those 3 pharmacies = horrible customer service.
Being at my wits end I called this local pharmacy. Right away a human answered and immediately was receptive to helping me. No huffing and puffing. No waving off or giving excuses. Genuinely helpful!
Eric, the pharmacist, transferred the scripts in no time! He called me with confirmation of the transfer and gave me a small wait time!
No stress, no worries

Customer service is a dying art, but not here! Highly recommend Health Care Pharmacy. So thankful for the care, compassion and helpful spirit!

Rude old lady who is working at the cashier. I slide the card and she gives me a snarky comment as if I’m dumb. Pinche vieja fea.

Another note I would like to make is the overpriced merchandise they sell. Their medication, stationary, home appliances, etc. They’re all very overpriced.

WAY OVERPRICED!! I bought a wonder woman costume here for $50 DOLLARSSS! Got home and realized the costume ACTUALLY COSTS $16 AND THEY MARKED IT OFF WITH A SHARPIE!! Should've seen it as a red flag when they said no exchanges and no returns. DO NOT BUY THEIR OVERPRICED ITEMS!!!

I usually never write reviews but this one deserves it. I came here for a COVID booster shot for my daughter, called over the phone and they told me I could come. As I arrive, they inform me that booster for kids is only provided on Wednesdays. It was a cold Monday and I took an Uber to get the shot and now they tell me they can’t. They proceeded to help me after some sweet taking but then they said they can’t help me because my plan does not cover it. I have aetna POS which covers everything and they still had the audacity to deny me services. Don’t bother coming here. They do not know what they are doing and treat people like they are ignorant to justify their incompetence.

Went today to fill a prescription.... They told me it would be an hour wait?!?! I realize that sometimes it gets busy, but there was no one else waiting. Maybe they were filling phone orders, but to tell a customer inside the store that it will take an HOUR to fill ONE simple prescription is unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never go here again. Transferring to another pharmacy.

What of piece of caca pharmacy they are the worse pharmacy in all tri state. They r so unprofessional rude they steal your $ right on your face. Will never ever go back n if they ever ask ne about this piece of junk place willl let everyone know never go there. They steal THIEVES . Hope that with so many nice and professional pharmacy no one will go to this place. HEALTH CENTER PHARMACY. 😠🤬😡

Very expensive prices, not much variety of products and employees are not friendly toward customers.
