Campus Inn & Suites Eugene Downtown

Enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Campus Inn & Suites for the 1st time this past weekend. The location is fantastic- right across from the Shedd theater and Whole Foods and easy walking to most everything you’d want to do in Eugene or at UO. Our king bed room was clean, well appointed and good in size, the place is on the older side and that shows most in the bathrooms and the stairways outside of the rooms. That said everything was very clean and great all the same. There are some sweet little outdoor spots around the place to sit and relax. And the parking is easy and very convenient no matter where your room is.

Our bed was super comfortable. I really liked the feel of the sheets (felt higher end than a typical motor hotel) and I appreciated the height of the pillows - not too tall! I will say the towels are a bit thin. In my opinion that is an improvement that could be made. The tv worked well and had good cable channels to chose from.

In the morning we enjoyed the plentiful breakfast- lots of options of fine pastries, good bagels, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, juices, coffee, teas, etc … and it ends at a civilized 9:30 am;)

Eric who greeted us the night before at check-in was very nice and helpful. He was also really great on the various occasions I called in prior to my visit with questions.
Btw- I think booking your reservation directly with Campus Inn is the way to go!

One thing I would suggest is that they let folks know they will need a special hot tub key (your room key doesn’t work to get you in because the hot tub is closed certain hours) This special hot tub key must be obtained at the front desk. I would also suggest they share info about where to get hot tub towels as none are available once you are in the hot tub area. Luckily, we had some beach towels in our car and grabbed them so we didn’t need to go back to the front desk another time. The hot tub there is wonderful. It feels quite private and is nice and hot with good jets. FYI -There is a light covering that you easily remove and then put back on when done- it is super easy and is part of what keeps the water so nice and hot and leaf free;)
I think the hot tub is a terrific amenity of the Campus Inn.
I love hot tubs and could have sat in it all day!

Amy at the desk during breakfast was so great! She helped us with lots of wonderful insider info about Eugene and the area. She also kept the breakfast area well stocked;)

Samir the owner is really cool as well. Very accommodating and friendly. We mentioned we had a problem with the hot water pressure in the shower; to our surprise, within @20 minutes someone was coming by to fix it! And voila it was fixed! Well done! The hot water pressure was greatly improved!! (Pro Tip- you still probably want to use all the hot and the smallest bit of cold when taking a shower)

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good downtown location with numerous shops within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Shower is good with good water pressure. I felt safe there and enjoyed my stay.

The service and location are what makes me want to stay here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were older but very clean. The motel location was great for walking to shops and Hayward Field. The continental breakfast was perfect for what we needed, but if you're used to a more hearty meal this probably won't be enough.

Amazingly friendly people at the front desk both morning and night. Truly delightful. Rooms nice and clean. The water pressure in the shower is like a waterfall. Amazing a great experience.

The front desk worker Esperanza was super helpful helping me work through a third party booking issue and was extremely nice. Because of her professionalism I will definitely consider this hotel again when I travel in the area. I should also note that the housekeepers here are super dedicated and they keep everything very clean and you will see them out picking up cigarette butts out of the parking lot and doing everything possible to keep the everything nice and clean! They also offer daily turndown service here which many hotels do not.

First time here was very friendly an helpful. Kind about service dog. Quiet, warm and easy access. 2 thumbs up.

I stayed here over a weekend that was especially stressful due to the family situation I was in town for. This hotel made lodging something I didn't have to worry about. From check in to check out the staff was attentive and genuine. They were able to add an extra night with late notice without me having to move rooms the next day. And the breakfast is a step above continental and much appreciated. If they're not sold out, you should stay here.

Have stayed here 2×'s already rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Refrigerator & microwave in rooms .also nice little breakfast in the morning. You can see they are fixing this place up keeping trespassers out was my concern it's safe place to stay. All employees are super friendly and helpful.

Just stayed a night at Campus Inn. Staffs were friendly, and the room was clean. The location was convenient. Definitely stay there again for the next Eugene visit.

The first room we checked into had a very strong smell from some king of cleaning product. We called the front desk and without hesitation upgraded our room and changed it immediately. Thank you for the pleasant stress free stay. Our room deposit went back to our card right away.

The rooms are small but clean. The beds are comfy and sheets are clean. They provided nice breakfast including bagel, cream cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and a lot of other stuff. Samir Patel was a nice and positive manager. We had a request and he was really flexible. My husband left his bracelet and ring in the room and he called us to pick them up.

It was a rough night involving a car accident on icy roads and we needed a place to stay. This was a great choice! The gentleman working the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He immediately brightened our moods. He showed us a map of all the local eats that listed their address, phone number, and hours of operation. The room itself had a strange odor, but it wasn’t a big deal. I love that they had single makeup remover wipes near the sink! It’s such a thoughtful gesture for those of us who needs to remove makeup after a long tiring day. I would stay here again.

My experience here exceeded all my expectations. I picked it for a short business trip because it was affordable and close to downtown. Upon arriving I was told that I'd been given a complementary upgrade to a king room (I'd originally booked a queen). My room smelled a little odd, kind of like someone had been smoking, and my eyes were stinging (I'm sensitive to smells like that); I thought I could live with the smell if I kept the window open but I didn't want the inn to think *I* had been the one smoking in the room, so I returned to the front desk to let them know. I was immediately offered another room by the kind gentleman working the front desk (and this one was decidedly lacking in lingering smoke smell). Staff here is extremely courteous and will do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay.

Me and my son stayed one night here in February 2022. The room was clean and well stocked. The people at the front desk were friendly, kind, and professional. The room was actually very quiet even though the road is right there.

Everyone was awesome. Hot tub, laundry, they sell detergent, there's good coffee and tea, the house keepers were so kind, the people at the front desk handled aggressive visitors so well. Definitely better than Airbnb.

My mother is in a wheelchair and I arrived super late, like past midnight. The AWESOME lady at the front desk was SUPER nice and have me the only room left on the ground floor, a HUGE suite, for a super decent price. This place is great my favorite place to stay in this area now, the room was beautiful, and clean, and the wheelchair could fit thru all the doorways 👍👍👍

Breakfast was not that great. There were waffles but only hard boiled eggs and no meat. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great though, that says a lot. The room was quiet as well, despite being in the street. The towels were new and fluffy. For the price it was well worth it. Just bring your own bacon.

**Update! I'm back on vacation and knew I had to stay here! I was not disappointed. It's been a year since my last visit. They've been working hard to keep improving the property and it's even better than before.

Samir and his staff make me feel at home here. I recommend the Campus Inn to anyone, especially those from the area who have a hard time finding a place because they have a local address.

Original post: I had a very nice stay here for a few weeks. My room was clean, with ample bedding, towels, etc. Cotton comforter and extra towels delivered on request. Samir, the owner, is a very generous host, and all the staff were courteous and helpful. Their dryer broke at the end of my stay, and they let me come back to do a load of laundry after they’d installed a new one. I hope to find an apartment any day now, but if I don’t, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend booking with Campus Inn! **Whole Foods across the street. Check out Cannablis nearby for your recreational supply!
