This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Checking in and out was seamless. The hotel was very quiet and CLEAN! The bathroom shower has white tiles and they were actually white. The bed sheets didn’t smell like chemicals - smelled like fabric softener and the bedding was soft. I’m not familiar with the area but it was an easy drive to MetLife.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and new. The staff is amazing. They did everything possible to get us into adjoining rooms. The manager Jim gave us some ideas for where to eat and he was super nice and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it!!

We stayed for a hockey tournament. The rooms were great, very spacious. The king suite with the pull out couch was perfect for us. The large refrigerator and dishwasher in the room was a plus. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel was super clean. The lobby was great, a lot of seating. We hung out each night with our large group. The staff was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here while visiting my grandma. The hotel is very clean & the staff is friendly. My room was clean , spacious and very comfortable for me & my family. The hotel is also pet friendly, which is always a plus for ones who travel with their pet. The shower pressure was the best part of my stay, i will definitely be back!

This hotel is FANTASTIC! My family and I stayed here in a suite after an adventurous day at American Dream and all I can say is WOW! immaculate rooms, great location, well kept facility, clean beautiful bathrooms, DIGITAL CHECK-IN- SO COOL. Digital checkin allowed my family to go straight to our room without front desk hassle after a long day at the Waterpark. This will DEFINITELY be my go too next time we are visiting.

We had a wonderful experience service was the best thing and the room was absolutely perfect!!! The guys in the front desk are awesome especially Abdel in the afternoon he helped us a lote and he was very interested in give us a excellent services !!! Thank you

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were super clean, staff was super friendly. Sell beer downstairs til 2am. Breakfast served til 10 am.

We stayed here for 3 nights so we could go to American Dream mall. The staff was friendly rooms were clean and roomy. My kids loved the free breakfast every morning, it Had alot of options. Would recommend staying here if you're passing through or need a place to crash.

I was staying in New Jersey after visiting family in NY. I am from Southern PA and did not want to make the long car trip back at the end of a tiring day. I had occasion to stay at a Home 2 Suite in Orlando during the summer and enjoyed the accommodations so much I would look for one this trip. The Home 2 Suite Hasbrouck Heights was just perfect. The staff was super friendly, the room was spotless and There were no distractions from any other rooms adjacent from mine. I slept comfortably with adjustable climate control and woke to a delicious complimentary breakfast. I headed for home refreshed, relaxed and ready for the drive.

this was my first time staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed at a lot of IHG hotels but this one by far is the best. It’s convenient and close to everything literally. ESP for the price you can’t beat it at all! 10/10

Great hotel, very clean and a lot of room. The only bad thing is getting in and out to main streets and back in to hotel.

Jim was amazing to work with when creating the room block for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the rooms. They were large and clean, and the BED was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you, Home2 suites. We were very pleased with the service and our time there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was there for 2 nights. The area feels very safe. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The breakfast bar has lots of nice warm options. The employees are very kind and friendly. My hero was Eric at the front desk - he really pulled through for me when I needed change to do my laundry before a big meeting. Thank you the stellar experience!

I put five stars, because I did not see any shortcomings, both in the service of the reception and in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Choice of dishes for every taste. Clean bedding and towels, furniture simple but neat. A normal hotel, no frills, but the price is adequate.

Rooms are clean, breakfast and customer service is great, price is competitive and good location.

Room smelled fresh, receptionists were kind, room service was thoughtful. Complimentary breakfast was simple and beat my expectations. Homemade buckwheat waffles were phenomenal! Will be staying here again!

Amazing service. Very clean and spacious hotel room. I think this will be our go to hotel chain when we travel, only thing that was disappointing was the few breakfast choices, but there's plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall really great stay!

Have to be careful abt ur things, specially with cleaning staff. As lost very expensive TISSOT Wrist watch of 1K $, from Bathroom.
Cleaning lady that came to my room 508, on Tuesday, flicked it, "She left abrubtly leaving Diswasher ON, though there was nuthing, in Dishwasher". Wasted electricity & water too.

Hotel is easy to get to. Very clean both inside the room and the common areas. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Always smiling and offering to help. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was larger than expecting. Note: it is in a very noisy location. Train goes by blaring it's horn often through the night. Lots of vehicle noise through out the night. Some noisy guests as well. Water pressure was subpar. But I'd still stay here again, and still give it 5 stars, for the price it was well worth the stay!

This facility is fantastic. Jim and his staff go above and beyond and this facility more then meet my wife and I expectations. I made reservations here by accident (my daughter recommended another hotel) and I'm glad I did.

My wife was scheduled for treatments at Hackensack Med. and traveling an hour a day one way was too risky with Rt 80 traffic. We decided to stay close to the treatment center to make our 7:00 AM appointments with out worrying about traffic delays. It worked out great.

My wife and I felt very safe here. The hotel is close to Costco, Walmart and other restaurants.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all your kind words and compassion.
