Residence Inn by Marriott Eugene Springfield

This is my go to place when I visit Eugene. They are always friendly and efficient! This past visit was exemplary! Due to the game and a 5k run on the same weekend, no rooms here or other hotels were available in the middle of my visit so I was going to have to check out for 2 days and sleep in my office. Upon checkout, Michael said, "Oh no you're not! We're gonna find something." He and Amy went to work! He RAN to check a room, came back and said we got you covered and for a reasonable rate! Talk about hustle!! This team is extraordinary! From that to Noah always being friendly and on the ball... I travel a lot and this team is by far my favorite. Location is awesome as well. Hotel is SUPER clean. Will always be my home away.

Outstanding service at this hotel and was a great location to where I was visiting for my work trip. One of the General Managers, Michael, really went above and beyond to really make sure he took care of me and the staff here are all very welcoming and friendly, they are the model examples of what Marriott representatives should exude, especially Michael since we really went above and beyond!

For me particularly, I am a Titanium Elite member of Marriott and the Residence Inn staff had complimentarily upgraded me to a very comfortable and spacious suite, which was a great experience and incredible service.

I definitely would recommend anyone traveling to Eugene to stay at this hotel for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming stay!

Hotel is older but recently renovated and very clean! Front desk staff were amazing (professional and welcoming)! Thank you Manny and Noah for finding a room for us and for the great restaurant recommendation!

Exceptional hotel and super location. A particularly good hot breakfast each morning with lots of options. The only downside is Marriott chose to go with a very inexpensive little coffee maker that you slide a tray in for a crummy cup of coffee. There is always coffee downstairs, but if you want a cup first thing in the morning, I recommend you get some downstairs the night before, bring it up and warm it in the microwave. This is a new appointment to the genuinely nice rooms, which do not in any way belong in a Marriott room. If you want one of their older brew coffee makers, ask at the front desk or when you book at the hotel directly. Mine was in my room last week when I arrived. The employees are great, super friendly and very accommodating to your needs. A must stay hotel if in Eugene!!

We love Marriott Residence Inn hotels because we can always trust them to be very similar in amenities and excellent in quality. This one is no different.

We stayed in Eugene on our second of 8 travel days. Needless to say, it met all our needs and expectations. Staff were welcoming and friendly, also very helpful. Room was as usual, very clean and well laid out with a fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and utensils.

Unfortunately, because of the time of year, the pool was closed but that is just a minor setback. Everything else was on-par with our previous experiences at other Residence Inns.

Highly recommend you become a member and points. Definitely worth it.

I love staying at Marriott hotels for their comfy bed and this one was no exception. Had a nice sleep and there was a waffle machine at breakfast the next day :)

Couldn't fault the place, probably the quietest hotel we have ever stayed out, no door banging, no noise from adjoining rooms or even plumbing noise. Comfortable new furniture, walk in shower. Nice touch was TV that turned so you can watch either from couch or bed. Small kitchen had proper full sized fridge/freezer not the tiny ones you usually get and everything else we needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The location is convenient to Alton Baker Park, and it's a short drive to the 5th Street Market and downtown Eugene.

Friendly staff and Great room service. Rooms are kept nicely, fresh and clean. Bed/pillow smelling great! Love the rooms. Equipped with everything I needed. Best Marriott experience so far!

Clean large suites at this Residence Inn. Staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast is clean and offers a decent stable of food. Little things like a pack of microwave popcorn can easily impress the little ones. The mattresses at this hotel could use an upgrade. Other than that it is a great little pitstop for family road trips.

The front desk staff was very nice upon check in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room was great. Very clean, spacious and updated. I didn't see any lotion in the room but I got in so late I didn't bother asking. Other than that the amenities were really good. Breakfast was delicious. Great selection of cold and hot items. I loved that they had Greek yogurt and I could add fruit and granola. Overall my stay was 5 stars!

Convenient and nice location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.

Great facilities, rooms new, modern, comfortable and in fabulous condition. Great staff, fast friendly service. Very price competitive. It is surprising how other hotels seem to have trouble answering the phone and simple questions like do you have a room. These guys have no such problem and are very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at the Eugene Residence Inn. The room was spacious and well kept. Residence Inns in general are very nice to stay in. This one stands out for its location being walking distance from a long stretch of green parks along the Willamette River, the Oakway Center, with downtown and the University of Oregon a short drive across the bridge spanning the river.

Great place to stay, nice staff, recently renovated. Ate at McMenamins right across the street which has great foid, service and nice river views.

My family just stayed like 10 nights here, I honestly didn't want to leave. The staff is incredible, we didn't encounter anyone that was not courteous, polite, professional, extremely helpful with anything we needed. Cassandra originally checked us in and was an absolute delight to get to see her as we came and went all week. I hope management sees this and is aware of how incredible Cassandra and the rest of the staff are. Everyone we saw and spoke with over the past 10 nights was a 5 star employee. I don't know how anyone stays elsewhere in Eugene, we usually opt for the Hilton or another Mariott and spend at least 20-40 more per night, but nothing matches the amenities and price here. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and felt very safe. Laundry facilities are nice and machines are well maintained, anything we needed was taken care of right away. We stayed in 2 different rooms, one was a 2bd/2ba with a full kitchen, and second room was a 1 bedroom suite with everything besides an oven (which we didn't need to use over our stay). So I'm done rambling now but I'm sure it goes without saying we found our spot for when we have to stay in Eugene! Love this place and my family didn't want to leave lol.

While my home had a tree on it, my wife, two cats, dog and I stayed here for 4 months. The staff were incredible, thoughtful, helpful and extremely personal! In fact, some 5 years later now, they have a lot of the same staff working, which alludes to not only good management, but this place is a great employer. Nice features, the social hour is wonderful! Drinks and food! We loved it (as much as we could) while it was our 'home away from home.' Again - LOVELY STAFF!!!!

This hotel was great. I have to say they have thought of everything. The beds were comfortable, they we very attentive, and the room was clean. From the time of making the reservation until checkout we were very happy. Also, loved the little market next door for coffee, lunch, etc.
