Cafe Oak

Came in for dessert after eating dinner elsewhere. The place is a little cramped but also had a cozy vibe. The staff is very friendly.

Knew I had to try their bingsu. So glad it's offered even in the winter. We ordered the injeolmi bingsu. It took a few mins to create but it's well worth it and the presentation is beautiful. Definitely big enough to serve 2 people.

All the ingredients tasted fresh. It's full of flavor and texture. I love that they use milk ice and also had a small cup of condensed milk to pour over top of the bingsu. They do not skimp out of any of the toppings. So many nuts, red bean, rice cake, and injeolmi powder.

Definitely will be back to try the other flavors.

I lost count how many time I dream of coming to this place. Shave ice is good any time if the year. I don’t think shave ice can get any better than this. They also serve bunch of other stuff. We’ll worth the visit when you’re craving some sweets after a big meal.

My absolute favorite cafe in NJ! Been going to cafe oak for about 6 years now and love to see how much it’s grown and can’t see myself going to any other cafe. You can get lots of work done here cause the atmosphere is really good to focus. Also the staff is really nice many people have worked here but never met a mean worker. and the owner is lovely. I bring lots of family here that need help with homework or studies. theres plenty of room and good food options. The kimbap is so good, usually sells out by the afternoon. The cold brew or americano is good and strong, and the bingsu and tteokbokki are also delicious.

I don’t live in the area, but make the several mile trip up for coffee occasionally. Their coffee has a nice deep smokey flavor, and we never miss the opportunity to get a sea salt coffee.

Also, it’s hard to resist either picking up kimbap or baked item that’s out on display. Staff has been friendly each time we’ve visited. Wish I had one in my neighborhood.

Came here with hubby for dessert. Ordered the sea salt iced coffee which is a MUST! We also ordered the strawberry banana waffle. Took a while to come out but we understood why afterwards. It was so beautiful! Loved the presentation and it came with ice cream! And pocky and fruity pebbles! Wish we ordered the large instead of medium but it filled us up! I want to try the other waffles next time!

Great choice for Sea Salt Mocha in local. Usually take it to-go as the space is not comfortable for sitting.

An extremely pleasant cafe comfortably located in Palisades Park. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was top-notch. They had one of the best bubble teas I had in a long time (I tried the cold Taro bubble tea). Highly recommended!

This place is great! Awesome variety of 김밥 and Korean style waffles, the coffee is always fresh, and the staff are super friendly. My kids ask to go every weekend!

I love their coffee! Salted caramel is the bomb, so is the almond! They actually put actual shaved almonds on top. Lovely little place for coffee and snacks.

their shaved ice is ridiculously amazing. no ice crystals!! shavings are so fine your spoon glides in. im not a dessert fan but i will eat this all day.

Quaint vibes. Quiet atmosphere great staff.
Coffee and tea are on point and their wasabi kimbap is worth the early morning visit. It sells out fast.
Definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

THEIR KIM BAP IS SENSATIONAL. Best KIMBAP I've ever had in the whole continent. My favorite is WASABI KIMBAP & OJINGUH (Squid) KIMBAP. Everyone MUST try it. Warning* it gets sold out fast so get there early in the morning

Best kimbap in Bergen County. Super friendly staff that go out of their way to help.

Best cafe in Palisades Park. Coffee was really good and other Korean food they served were delicious and authentic. Thumbs up!

Sea salt coffee is most popular. Korean kimbob is also best in the town.
