The best bingsoo (shaved ice) in the area! The place is packed with young people at night. It’s very loud but you can tell how much they love this place.

My boyfriend and I got the Greentea Strawberry and Mango Cheesecake cup bingsoos. Both were delicious! I loved that it had cornflakes in it. It was a sweet and filling dessert.

their drinks and bingsoos never disappoint! been here multiple times for desserts, always a nice place to stop by for a variety of tempting treats.

Cafe Leah, hands down has the best bingsu, in PalPark. It is a landmark for the people looking for great desserts.

The place is a little small so. When it's crowded it's hard to find a seat. During the summer time, there are outdoors seating areas which s nice and accommodating.

This place is busy, but that should just expected, due to the great service and desserts they provide.

Definitely a must trybif you are in the area.

SUCH a delicious dessert spot. Lots of seating for this busy meet up spot. We went pretty late and it was still buzzing with people. The bingsoo we had was so yummy. It had hidden cereal and mochi on bottom to keep it interesting. Highly recommend!

Delicious coffee, tea, and caffeine-free options! They have desserts and snacks as well. This sunny cafe has quick service and lots of seating but can get quite busy during peak hours! We go on weekdays around lunch time and it's nice and quiet.

The Mango cheesecake ice dessert was different and was very good but a bit pricey. The price trend has gone up quite dramatically for the place. Cafe Leah is a great place if you want to hang out for a coffee or dessert afterwards.

Excellent Bingsoo! I love the black sesame bingsoo and the mango bingsoo. Superb ice shaving and excellent taste! Definitely worth the drive from CT!

Ice itself has a flavor which is really good! Ice shavings has a shape which makes its texture extra ordinary.

Cafe Leah began the bingsoo revolution in palisades park and raised the standards for really good bingsoo. For this reason, there are also many good competitors with similar quality. However, I was very impressed with the cup portion of bingsoo which is portable and perfect for sharing with a significant other. Occasionally, I can eat a whole one on a really hot summer day. Although it's not very environmentally friendly, they double up on the plastic cup that holds the bingsoo with a paper cup so the bingsoo doesn't melt fast considering it is tiny bits of frozen condensed milk. My go to flavor is the strawberry matcha bingsoo which also has mochi and frost flake cereal in the middle. The cereal adds a layer of crunch that you normally wouldn't get while the mochi gives the bingsoo a nice chewy texture. The whole thing is topped with bite sized strawberries that adds a layer of sweetness along with the matcha powder. I'm looking forward to trying their mango cheesecake in the near future and I can say I had a similar pleasant experience with their melon flavored shaved ice.

Bingsoo cup was the perfect size and flavors were layered throughout. Black sesame was so good! Loved the little mochi pieces too.

The waiting time was a little long, but it’s all worth it. The Mango Cheesecake Bingsoo tasted so good! 🥭

Both of them were good, except the mango was sour. The bowl was big, enough for 2 servings.

I was honestly very skeptical about trying Bingsu but I loved it. I tried the tiramisu and mango cheesecake and really enjoyed both. Their smoothies are also good.

Whenever we are in the area we can't help but stop by for some bingsoo. It is the best treat at the end of a hot summer day. Not too sweet and super refreshing! Deff worth a try!

My partner and I make trips to the Palisades from Philly every so often and every time we do we ALWAYS stop here! The service is wonderful and their bingsoo is absolutely incredible! We’ve literally made the 2 and half hour drive once JUST to get bingsoo from here because of how much we love it! Cannot recommend enough for anyone in the mood for something sweet and delicious!

Very cute cafe and yummy food. We have nutella croissant waffles and they were lovely. Oreo boba was also good. They also sell some breads and pastries they make in house, so that's cool too.

Absolutely love this place... I had visited this back in 2019 and tasted my first bingsoo and fell on love... Recently the quality was not as great as back in 2019/2020...but yesterday .observed a major quality jump .and amazing presentation as well... Definitely recommend for any bingsoo lovers ❤
