I ended up placing the order over the phone with Kim who was very helpful given our very tight schedule since we needed the couch immediately. Great selection, prices and very attentive staff.

I had a wonderful experience with Futon World! From the first step in the store, working with Kim to pick the right futon, and all the way to the delivery and set up of the futon. Kim was so helpful, answering all my questions, and giving me tons of options. Moe delivered my futon on a Saturday and he assembled it perfectly in no time! Mo from Futon World was fantastic. Courteous, very mindful of ensuring no damage to my home and just a great guy. They had to get the four on to the THIRD FLOOR, up two very narrow staircases of my 1860s home in Lambertville. They worked so hard to get them job done. We ordered a twin size futon. The service at the store was wonderful. The gentleman answered all my questions and it was a very easy transaction at check out. From beginning to end, my experience with Futon World has been terrific. The in-store showroom had a good selection to choose from, including fabrics for the futon cover. The sales person was very helpful and in no way pushy to make a sale. Delivery was awesome. The crew put together my futon, showed me how to position it, and disposed of all boxes and trash. They were really kind and helpful with all of my questions. I debated whether to save a little money and buy a futon online. I am SO GLAD I didn't do that. The furniture is of a great quality, the custom cover I selected is gorgeous, and I feel as if I had any questions or issues, I'd have them taken care of. I am happy to have had a great experience with a locally owned, NJ-based business that I would definitely shop at again. Thank you guys - great job!

The sales staff are very familiar with the products and can discuss the benefits of each type of mattress -- there is a huge variety to fit many diverse preferences. There are also integrated futons that are all one piece instead of a mattress plus frame. I felt confident that we had found the right piece of furniture. Furthermore, the delivery and assembly was convenient and affordable. The delivery/assembly person showed me how to adjust the futon into all its positions, and how to set everything up. Finally, I believe the product is of high quality and should last a long time. I was happy to have a premium experience. It of course costs more, but for a purchase of this magnitude I think it makes sense to get a product you can trust.

I could not be happier with our new couches and the delivery service was 5 star! The store promised our couches would be here before Christmas and even with the snow storm we experienced earlier this week they still made it!!! Our delivery men communicated with us every step of the way. They wore masks 😷 and were very respectful the entire time. We are extremely satisfied and would definitely do business with Futon World again!

I just moved into my new house and I needed to buy a futon to use for my home office. I was looking a futon for two weeks and none of them was exactly what I was looking for.

I was so close to giving up and just settling for a cheap one from a big name store. I decided to keep looking and found Futon World through a Google search. I visited the store and they were pleasant and welcoming. They showed me various options and didn’t pressure me to buy.

I sat on one and realized that I couldn’t buy a cheap one that would fall apart in 6 months. I had good features and was more than I needed, but affordable. It was the also most comfortable futon I had tried out.

I purchased the futon and the process was simple. The futon was delivered to my home office in less than a week to my home office. The delivery guys were on time, very professional and the futon was assembled quickly and without leaving a mess.

I love my new high quality futon from Futon World. The frame is sturdy and the mattress is just the right density. I was looking for a futon because I wanted to create a work space in my house without having to go to an office.

Every night after working as I sit on my new futon I am reminded that I am living the life in my new home with a great futon to unwind on. I think it's a great option and I'm glad I found it. Great job guys!
