Ned Ellman is by far the most knowledgeable person we've ever met regarding mattresses. He is honest, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He helped us with our mattress in NJ last year and even when we needed another mattress for our condo in Florida, we called Ned for his guidance in ordering it. He's simply the best!!

Wonderful showroom with such a nice varied selection of furniture. Was able to find a couch for my apartment and the staff made it very easy to order. My order was placed over the phone and the sales associate was so kind and thorough. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Lots of displays to see. Larger than any of the mall stores. Sales person tags along for the ride and answers all your questions.

Macy's was great, but Vanessa was the best. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. She was patient through all of our measurement issues and ultimately helped us place the order. Although covid delayed our order for a VERY long time, we stayed patient because Vanessa kept us informed. She watched for our order and arranged for delivery when it finally came in. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy again from Macy's and Vanessa because of her OUTSTANDING customer service.

My husband and I visited this store twice (among many other furniture stores) before finally settling on the couch we wanted to buy for our new home. We worked with Zorana in the store and she was wonderful. We bought a custom color & fabric couch back December that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks and it arrived before the expected date. Zorana also got us a great price on the couch as the production period crossed over the time that Macy's was having a sale. The delivery team was very professional, arrived during the expected window, were very careful bringing the pieces inside, and inspected the couch with us before leaving to make sure there were no defects. The couch is beautiful and a perfect fit in our living room! We had a great experience with Macy's team and we're already eyeing up some patio furniture there for the summertime! Thank you Macys!

This is now my “go to” for all of my furniture needs including rugs . Great selection and my salesperson makes me feel like she is my personal interior designer . She knows the inventory , great eye for design and not at all pushy really a nice shopping experience . Everyone is very nice . this is my 2nd trip in 30 days & I will be going back again . Referred the store to all my friends and family . Don’t judge it by the building appearance very nice inside Thank you Martha Getachew my Sales Associate , you are truly Awesome !

The Sale Rep was extremely helpful assisting with narrowing decisions based on preferences. She was very knowledgeable about items on the floor and offered suggestions in a friendly, caring manner. It felt like I was working with a friend.

Always a great experience -- from the salesperson on the floor, right on down the line to the fellow who does repairs for warranty! I'll never buy furniture anywhere else and, I might add, I worked in the furniture industry for 14 years.

Macy's offers a good selection of furniture and carpets in a convenient lication. I find excellent prices there and my purchases stand the test of time in terms if quality and wear.
