Custom Floors & More was recommended by a contractor (who we ultimately didn’t hire b/c he suggested who to work with directly). Brandon Nitz’ team did a phenomenal job removing fake rock backsplash from my kitchen and replacing it with beautiful subway tile. They were all professional and personable. They will definitely be my tile resource for future projects, and I highly recommend them!

We have used Custom Floors & More for over 19 years! With everything from our new home build to our home remodel. Our latest project involved some high-end tile that had lots of intricate pieces that needed to be meticulously laid. This job definitely needed an experienced craftsman in the field of tile work! I knew I could count on Custom Floors & More to provide me with some of the BEST craftsman available! They had Jay come out and put up our gorgeous kitchen backsplash that turned out amazing ~ thanks to his years of experience! Julie and Brandon helped out so much with helping to find the exact tile that was perfect for this project!! I’m over the top thrilled with how it all turned out! Thanks so Much!!!

We were thrilled with our brand new LVP floors and how they look in our home. The service we received throughout the process of choosing flooring based on budget, needs and design was was amazing. I am a two-time customer and have been very pleased with both flooring installations. Here’s what I absolutely love about them and why I trust them completely!

1. These people KNOW flooring! On our first job, we wanted to take out dining room carpet and match hall/kitchen hardwood which was 15 years old and had a little fading in some parts from the sun. Upon entry to the house, Doug looked at the floor and named the exact type of wood and shade that we needed. When we put samples down we found that he was 100% right! They got us on the schedule quickly and the install took half the time I expected. PERFECT MATCH, QUICK TURN AROUND, HAPPY HOME OWNERS!

2. They listened to what we wanted and them provided something even better! On our second job, I wanted to put something in the basement that looked like hard wood. I found a beautiful tile and called Custom Floors and More to see if they could do the job. I spoke with Julie and she said that while they could certainly get and install the tile for us, she recommended a product that was better suited for our space and family’s needs. You see, I mentioned to her that we wanted the basement to be a place where kids could go wild and have a blast, where our family could hang out together, and a place for guests to stay when they visited. She suggested a flooring that would give me the hard wood look I was going for but was made of material that could deadening some of the sound (tile would reverberate sound), hold warmth in the room (tile would be very chili for guests in the winter), and was very durable (tile can chip with the amount of fun we intend to have over the years with our large family). Julie listened to what I wanted and matched me with the perfect floor! I’m so thankful for their depth of knowledge on flooring products, installation, and maintenance!

3. Customer Service is top notch! Every call or e-mail was returned promptly – same day (same hour most of the time!). You can tell they love their craft as they get excited about style and how something like flooring can transform a room. They are professional and worked diligently with our lovable (yet flaky) contractor who was doing the rest of the work to finish our basement. Custom Floors and more is a breeze to work with!

4. The end product is AWESOME! I could not be happier with the way the flooring turned out on both jobs! From start to finish this was an awesome experience! Check out our pics and see for yourself!

Brandon gave me the king’s treatment. I called for advice on what product I should use to preserve the life of the rust-prone metal accent bar in my shower (they use Miracle 511 Impregnator Sealer). Brandon mentioned he was heading my way on another appointment later that day and personally delivered a pint to me within a couple hours. I really couldn’t feel like a more special customer. We recently went to Custom Floor & More to do the tile work in our master bath remodel. We could not have been more happy with the process and the end result. Julie listened to our ideas and came up a design that was exactly what we wanted. CFM uses the latest top quality materials with installers who are experienced craftsmen who care about the final product. They were careful and courteous, always making sure to clean up after themselves throughout the entire process. Julie and Doug were amazing to work with, always being available for any questions or concerns. We have even had other trades come in for our remodel who commented on how well the tile work was done. We will definitely go back to Custom Floor & More for future projects in our home.

I would highly recommend Custom Floors and More. The team was the best I’ve ever worked with. This was our first time building a home. Joel was patient and so knowledgeable. He went over and above the call of duty to make sure we were happy. I seriously took samples home more time than I can count. He never seemed to be bothered by any of my questions. He was always available to talk to. His installer were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. The finished floors are amazing. Again I would highly recommend using them.

Great business with a woman owner/President, so I am happy to support them. Julie and Doug are knowledgeable and professional. It’s a family business, and I love being able to support local businesses. We’ve had roughly 2000 sq ft. of LVP and a backsplash installed. They will get you taken care of and address any concerns you have before, during, and after the job is complete. They offer a 2-year warranty which is more than others do. You can also order rug pads and have them cut to size, as I’ve bought three now from CFM. We love our floors and backsplash, and recommend CFM to anyone looking to update their home.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! We are ecstatic about our floors. Doug helped us find the perfect flooring for our new home, even doing a virtual consultation with us since we were not in the local area yet. We had a relatively short timeline but his team bent over backwards to get the job done prior to our move-in date despite unexpected demolition problems.

Just needed to have carpet stretched to fit tighter after a few years. 2 great guys had the job done in minutes. They even vacuumed up before leaving. Great, quick job. I will purchase flooring again from Custom flooring when the time comes.
