CryoPDX

I once heard it said that you go into CryoPDX for three minutes of cold but leave with five minutes of warmth; I’ve never heard a truer statement! This business not only heals the body, but the heart and passion for people carried through all employees will heal the heart and soul. Therapeutically, Cryo is absolutely amazing; I stand on my feet all day and it was an absolute game changer for my job. The swelling in my feet and ankles made work miserable and painful, however after one session of Cryo, I noticed a significant change in how I was feeling the next day at work! All of a sudden, 5 o clock roles around and I feel like I can stand for a few more hours without wanting to cry. Emotionally, when I first started there, I was quiet, timid, very much in my shell feeling broken. But as the months went on, my family there grew more and more and my shell all of a sudden was uncomfortable to be in. They played a big part in showing me that I am easy to love, fun to be around, and ultimately helped in giving me the confidence to be myself no matter where I am or who I’m with. CryoPDX is more than just Cryotherapy, it’s a place I will always call home with a family I will never forget.

Love cryo, regular attendance has really reduced the aches and pains my body had. Lovely staff and great facilities at both locations.
