Prestige Auto Repair

We had a major part replaced that we had warranty on, Prestige took care of it and we paid nothing! After we picked it up we heard a noise, called them, without hesitation they apologized, said bring back and it will be priority. They adjusted the part quickly, made us a priority and the Mercedes drives wonderfully!!

I recently started bringing my 2009 ml 320 to Prestige. So far it’s been a nice experience. The team is thorough, pleasant and quite helpful. Wish I knew some years ago about Prestige. I would certainly recommend them.

I had some car trouble in the middle of the I5 on my way back to Vancouver and needed some help urgently so we could make it home. I got a tow truck to Prestige and they could not have been better. Super quick, attentive and very understanding about my situation. They had a look within an hour and we were on our way just a few hours later. Incredibly grateful for how seamless the process was.

We had a weird fuel smell in the cabin of our 2013 MB C250 that only occurred after driving a while. After an MB dealership in the South Portland area replaced the fuel pump ($$$) but the problem persisted, they just told us they couldn’t find the problem.

Living partway between Wilsonville and Salem we looked for an independent MB shop in Salem and found Prestige. Due to travel I had to handle everything remotely by phone with late night drop off and pick up. I was so impressed with their investigation (including taking a long test run to replicate the problem), and the number of times they called while I was out of town with follow up questions and ultimately with their discovery - a tiny hole in the turbo system. They repaired it quickly at less than half the cost I had already paid the MB dealership. The whole time they were courteous and patient, with creative problem-solving to resolve our situation. I now trust Prestige and will 100% return there for my MB future repair needs.

Wow! The staff is super friendly and I am in LOVE with the office dog Charlie! What a sweetheart! But what impressed me most was the detailed analysis report that was emailed to me as the tech was working on my car, WITH PICTURES! They also called me to go through the report and asked me if I wanted to perform any of the recommended services (gave prices) before actually doing them. This is how repair service should be! I hope this level of service continues because I'll be taking all my newer cars that are out of warranty here from now on. Thanks Prestige! ✌🏼 ❤

I appreciate the good work. Part replacement prices were about 30 percent higher than market pricing but I am happy with the work done to my car. I also own a Panamera and I will most definitely consider you guys when needed. Many thanks

A solid and trustworthy shop for your german vehicle. I've taken my 2016 Mercedes Sprinter to Chris, Mike and the team for the last 20,000 miles and I can count on them for solid service, excellent communication, and fair prices. I'm happy to drive 80 miles to have Prestige service my vehicle as I know it's being cared for my knowledgable, customer-minded people. They inform me on work that needs to be completed, things to be aware of, and the general condition of my vehicle, without upselling things that I do not need. Best mechanics in town! They gave me a ride home and picked me up. My car was ready within a reasonable amount of time. Very nice people.

It’s never fun taking your vehicle in for repairs, but Prestige made it as “painless “ as possible. The did a complete inspection, provided an accurate estimate, and did the work for that amount. The work was done on time and any questions I had were answered. Just moved to Salem, and I am so glad to have found Prestige.

I took our 2017 Mini Cooper S in for a new motor mount and a tune up. Not only did they do a great job, but it was MUCH cheaper than the dealership. Then I took our 2006 Scion xB in for a long list of repairs….Prestige did a great job with these repairs as well. Solid workmanship, great customer service and a fair price.

Communication is key for us & all in all we have been really impressed with the crew at Prestige. When an unforeseeable need for a loaner vehicle came up, They were quick to accommodate us as well.

Mercedes dealership wanted $22,000 to replace a front axle on a G63. Prestige did it for $5,000, and when I drove in unannounced a year later they remembered my name! What more can you ask for? (FTR, I’ve driven 8,000 miles since their work with ZERO issues. 5/5, 10/10, whatever scale you are using to rate Prestige Auto, they are operating at 100%.

Prestige Auto is always my go-to service provider for my 2007 BMW 328i. They treat her with tender loving care, always advise me on what service is needed. Best yet, they never try to sell me what she doesn't need. They are a very quality shop, reasonably priced, honest and helpful.

They know my car and fix what they can. Parts are hard to find for my 2004 SL600, but they do what they can. I appreciate EVERYTHING they have done, to keep my car running!

I drive a 2017 VW Golf Type R. With a few after market modifications to include a performance intake system and APR stage 1 ECU upgrade. I took my car in as a first time customer for just a muffler hanger repair, it has 90,000 miles on it and I went ahead and decided to get a quote on the recommended service for 100,,000. My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I was introduced to the owner, shop manager and had a very long discussion with the Lead service writer (Chris) about recommendations for my car . They really made me feel like my car mattered to them as much as it matters to me. I am a very needy customer with a limited budget and they really worked with me to find the services that I needed and could afford. I must have spoke with Michelle
( service writer) 10 times in two days regarding the status of my car and she never once made me feel like I was calling too much or bothering them. After my repairs were done my car was test driven twice once by mechanic and once by a gentlemen I believe was the shop manager. just to help me identify a strange noise in my clutch. The noise ended up being that I was just driving my car too soft and had nothing wrong with the clutch after all. This is the kind of place that you can trust which is really what I was looking for in a import shop. Their prices are fair and they maintain excellent communication with you the entire time. They are not cheap but instead offer affordable solutions for expensive problems. Which goes with owning a performance import vehicle. I will for sure be a long term customer and only wish my other vehicle wasn't American (2021 Yukon diesel) so I could bring that to them too.

Took my car in for an oil change/inspection service. Shortly after dropping it off I had a thorough and descriptive email listing everything the tech had checked and each item that was recommended for needing extra attention , with measurements and photos to back it up. I had them keep my car over the weekend while waiting for parts to come sometime the following week. Monday afternoon I had a voicemail saying it was finished early. The communication was great. They always called me before I wondered what was going on. They were very transparent about the service, recommendations, timeline and price. When I returned calls any person who picked up the phone knew my car and could offer some info. I’d definitely recommend this shop and will continue to take my car here as opposed to the dealership. Every aspect was significantly better.
