This is a beautiful place. They gave us a separate room and we had our Christmas gifts exchange:) it would have been nice to have Christmas music to match the lovely decorations. the service was good and the food was yummy. The butter had rosemary and was a nice surprise. It was a wonderful day!! Thank you!

Amelia is the sweetest bartender! We enjoyed the amazing drinks she made. I ordered the pomegranate Moscow mule and my boyfriend ordered the apple cider martini! They came out great! We ordered the spudini and garlic herbs clams on their special menu--- so good! I definitely recommend this place and Amelia! Haha love the vibe here and the plates are so cute!

Drawn in by the emerald embrace of Ivy Inn's charming green exterior, we stepped into a warm glow of friendly faces. The food, like the ambiance, offered comfort without fanfare, but the service truly stole the show - attentive, knowledgeable, and radiating a genuine warmth that felt as inviting as the green facade. A delightful discovery for a cozy satisfying meal.

My husband and I first time going and I'll definitely be back.
Atmosphere was so welcoming. Waitress was amazing and attentive.... Food was amazing n very flavorful, loved the presentation. Also, the drinks were just on point.

Definitely recommend. Can't wait to go in the summer and sit in the back outdoor area. Looks so pretty, just a bit to cold this time of yr.

We went their for our friends 30th birthday and everything was phenomenal. We were able to have our own private space for the party. The waitresses and staff were kind and great at keeping up with the pace of everything. The ambience of the restaurant, the food, the drinks…everything was so delicious! I had their stacked eggplant tomato mozzarella appetizer, rack of lamb (was SO delicious), and both the red and wine flights were very good (tried my husbands red flight lol), espresso martini was delicious, as well as beers on tap and hope to go back soon and try their blueberry lemon mule and other food! Highly recommend!!!

Hands down, the best tavern in all of Central Jersey. The way things have been looking in the last few years, they might be the best in the state! Enjoy yourself here. There's no pomp and circumstance, just like-minded people enjoying time together over a drink

Picturesque and Deliciousness!! Quaint little restaurant with big town culinary chops. Service was top shelf and friendly. The vibe reminds me of the friendly inns in Cork Ireland. A converted cottage with different rooms made for dining (Den, parlor, etc.) The food though was the star of the show. Lamb rack was tender and full of flavor. The cod was perfectly cooked. From the apps to dessert dinner was amazing.

We had an impromptu luncheon at the Ivy Inn recently and enjoyed it immensely. The place is charming, parking is no problem, the owner was engaging, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. What more could we ask for??

Taking a cue from a posted review, I selected the baked Bavarian pretzel sticks with jalapeno spicy cheese dip as an appetizer, not having any idea what to expect. Three fat pretzels arrived along with a skillet of cheesy sauce that we both enjoyed. My partner chose the French onion soup dumplings, knowing only the Chinese version beforehand. What a surprise! They arrived in a pan similar to one used for eggs, small dumplings sort of floating in French onion soup. Indescribably delicious! We shared an excellent Caesar salad with anchovies then moved on to our entrees. The very nice part about this menu is that you can order entrees in two sizes. I love pasta and selected the smaller serving of fresh spaghetti and homemade meatballs, a wise choice given what we'd already eaten. My partner opted for the Mediterranean grilled vegetables with the roast rack of lamb added. The lamb was the best ever! Simply outstanding!! We finished with coffee and zeppoles, having spent a leisurely hour-plus enjoying a totally wonderful luncheon!

The staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was delicious.
I had Scallops and my wife had Swordfish. The atmosphere is very rustic and cozy. We had a table near the fireplace. Highly recommend the Ivy Inn.

I have driven past this place for years and always wanted to stop in. My sister randomly suggested this last week and I am SO glad we went!! I had my two toddlers with me as well, and the restaurant was very accommodating and kind to them. The cracker thin pizza was amazing!!! Can't wait to go back!

We dined outside (covered) and safe from the drizzle rain. We had the whole area to ourselves. Dinner was perfect. We shared the white wine trio, and enjoyed grilled salmon and veal marsala entrees. We capped off the evening with chocolate mousse cup (big enough to share). Everything was yummy. Service was a bit slow but we didn't care. Will be back.
