Kenworthy's Springfield Jewelry

Today I went to Kenworthy's Jewelry in Springfield. It was my first time to go to the shop. I have not been to a jewelers for years. The location was good as I also live in Springfield. I needed to have some links removed from the wristband of a watch I had purchased from a magazine featuring watches necklaces and other items of jewelry.

While I was there the owner of the shop shared an album of the the jewelry that had been designed by his wife and also gave me a short introduction to the process of creating a ring from a drawing to a wax mold. That then would be cast. I will have to check the process online to learn more

I was happy with the service I was given and the price was fair. I would recommend this shop with no reservations.

I gave 5 stars several times but the system kept changing my rating to less than 5 whole STARS! ???

Took in a watch for repair. Unfortunately it can't be fixed 😕
The owner didn't charge me at all.
Plus I bought a beautiful watch and bracelet set. Very reasonable price 😃. I'd definitely do business with him again 😁

The gentlemen who owns and operates this small family jewelry store. Is more than pleasant to talk to. He more than obviously loves what he does. It seems he doesn't do much production anymore. How ever, is great for jewelry repairs, time accommodating he will even do the repair right in front of you. He also has a guy in his shop that specializes in watches and repairing them.

Anytime you need something fixed or repaired with your jewelry then you need to come here FIRST they treat you like family. I have had many dealing with them over the years and every time I have been 100% satisfied. Mr. Kenworthy knows his stuff he's really friendly and will treat you right! Mrs. Kenworthy is very professional also and down to earth..a good person to know! If I had to rate them and their quality of work I would give them a five with thumbs up! They are good people!

Excellent people and friendly service. He did a great repair on my wife's wedding ring in just a few hours so I could surprise my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends and the community.

I went in looking for a piece of jewelry for my girlfriend. It is a small shop, but the quality of customer care and appreciation is unrivaled by that of any other jeweler you will find elsewhere. Jarel showed me some pieces he had already in the shop, and then proceeded to bring out two different catalogs of pieces that they can get ordered overnight, in addition to a hefty scrapbook of all the work they had done and designs they have made from scratch. I showed him a similar earring set that my girlfriend would like, but it wasn't the stone that I wanted to get. He proceeded to look through a catalogue as I browsed the scrapbook of their work, and he found the perfect set for her. The pricing was amazing, too! 5/5 stars, I will definitely be going to them for my business and would highly recommend them to anyone to be their center for jewelery.

If your look for a good deal and something unique I'd recommend these guys! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a beautiful wedding set at a great price. Good people will do business there again!

Wow...a great little jewelry repair/design shop in Springfield, OR! Was impressed with this couples work and down to earth pricing. PLEASE check them out for your next repair or design. I've had two rings repaired and resized and they were done Quickly and neautifully!

Excellent service, replace watch battery's, size rings. repair broken necklaces and chains. A very nice neighborhood mom and pop shop.. Friendly, and welcoming.. And it doesn't cost an arm or a leg either.
