Man when I tell you I needed a miracle on the spot, and the Plumbing Gods answered, that’s my guy Sammy for you! A real down to earth and authentic guy. He replaced my steam heat pipe on the same day I called. I was facing a very cold winter morning with no heat because of the leak in the steam pipe. Sammy solved the issue asap. The heat in my home is now hotter than ever. Very reasonable price. He didn’t over charge like several others I called in the surrounding area. Their estimates were high and all said No to me because it was a weekend. Sammy understood the situation and handled it. Very clean worker may I add, that’s always extra points in my experience of plumbers.

Sammy took his time to understand my situation when I first called and gave me 3 possible solutions along with cost breakdown for each scenario. When he got here, he assessed the situation and was able to figure out where the main backup issue was originating from and quickly got to work. He fixed it in no time and it didn't cost me an arm and leg! Not only did he fix the issue but was awesome enough to walk me through some preventative measures in order to avoid future problems, something other plumbers would keep to themselves so that they could keep coming back. I normally don’t post any reviews but I must say, out of all the plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past, this company is amazing. They are easy to deal with, very fair with pricing and are very attentive to their clients. Came 15 minutes after I called. It was a much more complicated problem than originally thought but he was very persistent and got the job done. Very reasonable fee for the work that was done. Was a very messy job but cleaned up well when he was done. Would highly recommend.

CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN EVERYONE SHOULD BE ENJOYING THEMSELVES WITH FAMILIES BUT NOT FOR SAM. I WOKE UP TO A FOZEN PIPE BURST, WATER EVERY WHERE. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CALL ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I WAS VERY NERVOUS BECAUSE WE HAVE AN EVENT SCEDUDLED AT MY HOUSE. I FOUND SAM ON THE INTERNET AND HE CAME OUT IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AND REPAIRED THE PIPE. IT WAS AMAZING.
