I recently had the pleasure of hiring Steve to address some issues in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I contacted him, it was evident that honesty was a core aspect of his work ethic. Steve was great. Unclogged my Kitchen drain and also educated me on preventive maintenance. Ellen was also great, very informative and helpful with scheduling and follow up! Highly recommend J&C to everyone!

Steve is great. Very professional and responsive. We had work being done in the basement and had a pipe leak that needed to be fixed asap. I gave him a call, he came by right away and fixed the problem. He did not leave a mess behind and did not overcharge us. We will be definitely using him for future needs! I would recommend his company to anyone.

Perfect service! He tried to unclog the drain when he visited the same day after the phone call, but it wasn't easy. But, he didn't give up on it and came back the next day to completely resolve it. My experience with J&C has been only positive. They are prompt, responsive and professional. They've delivered on a big job for me - Steve replaced a 10 ft section of pipe in a basement. He's also helped me with more mundane water leaks. J&C has my confidence in their competence.

Their man came on time, analyzed the cause of the problem thoroughly, and reached a conclusion that did not serve his interest at all, i.e. that it was not a plumbing issue. Then he didn't charge me any money for the visit, so I'm writing this review.

Steve fixed my toilet within minutes. He is very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you are having any plumbing issues.

I contacted J&C when my hot water heater broke. I needed someone ASAP since water was leaking from bottom. I called a few plumbers and either got a Vmail and never called back or they could not come out same day. I left a vmail with J&C and got a call back instantly. I spoke with Steve and he was very professional and was able to come out within a few hours to shutoff the water to the hotwater heater. He took a quick look and knew what the problem was but had to come back the next day to replace it since it was late in the day and plumbing place was closed.. The work was done the next day and it was done quickly, neatly and workmanship was on point. It is nice to have a company that's honest and priced right. I dread calling repair places cause they always make me feel like I'm dealing with a shady car salesman but Steve was professional, honest and I liked how he explained what needed to be done and no hidden surprises as far as cost etc everything was upfront. I have giving his number to friends and have not heard of any bad experiences... I am glad I found J&C and will continue to use him for my plumbing needs.

I called them second as I wanted different estimates. Right off the back they noticed cracks on the pipe that the other plumbers didn't even mention or noticed. They gave me an estimate which was fair and completed the job in half a day. Cleaned up after themselves and even looked at my fridge and gave told me what was wrong with it. Steven and Tony were professional and very friendly I highly recommend them. I'm a new home owner so my knowledge is very limited. They answered all my questions and I was very pleased with the work they did. 5 stars.

I can describe my feelings about J&C in one word: relief. I’ve been looking for a reliable plumbing service that I could count on for both emergencies and non-urgent issues around my house. Plumbers I could count on and also whom I could count on to charge a reasonable amount for good work. I’m happy to say, I have found them! The guys at J&C were helpful and professional during a crisis moment for our home. The staff member who answered the phone was prompt, courteous and very friendly. I contacted J&C after checking all reviews. Setting appointment was so easy. J&C service was so fast and excellent. Steve recognized the drain clog cause of bathtub quickly and fixed it promptly in 10 min. They guaranteed 6-month warranty and price is reasonable. I strongly recommend J&C.

I used J&C for installing a water filter system for my kitchen. They send a plumber to give me a free estimate. And then he performed the work smoothly and got it done right. The people in the company are very kind and return your phone calls if they miss you.

He always shows up and gets the job done. Upon meeting Steve, I have been very confident in calling him back for additional issues as they arise. We even had an emergency with the main line and I was impressed how quick and efficient it was managed and fixed! I totally recommended!!

J&C Plumbing are the best!!! They're total lifesavers!!! We have hired them a few times this year since moving into a very old home with many plumbing issues. We decided to work with them after getting estimates from 5+ plumbers in the area and it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with J&C Plumbing and Sewer Service. Jen at the office was a delight speaking with. She was quick and responsive when talking on the phone, and kept me updated when it came to invoicing. Steve was an absolute professional. He was able to come the same day and helped deal with a stubborn clog in my sewer line. He also provided great advice on how to maintain my sewer as it is on the older side, so I can prolong it before replacing it down the line.
