I was not please by the young girl who took my order. I was using a gift card and she seemed annoyed cause I wasn’t sure on how to use it but other than that my experience was well. My order came quickly. Both team managers who were working on Monday 1/17/2022 was absolutely great, so helpful, and went above and beyond to give great customer service. Both managers were in such a great mood and made my experience at this location wonderful.

Been a Sip club member for years, RT4 location is our family’s favorite hub for breakfast and dinner.. I enjoy my hazelnut coffee every morning on my way to work.. shoutout to Aaron and Vilma for amazing customer service.

I love panera all year around but fall with squash soups its just my favorite 😍

The whole restaurant was clean and all of the staff was friendly. We came close to closing time and they still served us and did not rush us. Ingrid at the front counter was so nice and welcoming! The staff in the kitchen was very nice too and our food was delicious.

Everyone is nice and fast. I love their napa almond chicken sandwich with the pickle. I always get the whole. Very tasty.

I really like this place. WiFi is too fast. Place is always clean. Food is delicious. Friendly staff.. just took your computer and work here. You'll be very productive

There was an issue with the card system but the manager worked to resolve issue promptly

Panera Bread in NJ is a go-to cafe! Delicious soups, sandwiches, and baked goods. Cozy atmosphere, free WiFi, and friendly service. A great spot for a quick bite!

really great place. fast serves and there chocolate chip cookies are lit. they are very nice. there sandwhichs are great. this is the perfect place to be with family.

I go to this Panera almost every morning for coffee. They are so nice, attentive, and happy to help. The manager is kind and is hands on helping the staff. The area is clean and food is great.

Hands down the most well run, best customer service, and generally best Panera I've been to.

Great place in the morning to get your coffee and something freshly baked. Just had their bagels for the first time and not bad at all. Are they Goldberg, no but they are surprisingly very good. Try the cinnamon crunch. You'll like it. And on Tuesday they do a bakers dozen for $7. Can't go wrong. The only thing I would say is their coffee isn't McDonald's hot. Therefore you can drink it immediately. But if you need to travel, it's still hot/warm, but not like McDonald's. That stays hot for 30 minutes. The cups are thin so that may be the issue.
This location gets very busy around lunch dinner time so you have been warned. Even if you order ahead, take that into account. If you go in the morning like 7:30, its a great place to sit and enjoy your meal and a conversation.

I enjoy coming to this location. I've ordered my food/beverages on the app in the morning, afternoon, and near closing time- and each time when I arrive for pick-up it's always ready within 5-10 minutes.
The restaurant seems clean and is open for indoor dining. I like this location in the Bergen County area the most because there is so much parking and the staff is friendly.

John, the manager, makes sure all patrons are happy and taken care of. They do not rush you out which is great for my weekly crochet group.

One of my favorite places to eat I only had one issue with them. I called I order an appl e fugi salad and they started the dressing but didn't fill them. I think I spoke to a manager and said they would handle it. I know thing happened but we gotta be cognizant when we are working in food service especiall. When you never know whose in your place of business snd I work in food service one the cooks where I work.
