Dr Lee took care of my mother’s broken molar, she was able to save her own tooth!
Took time to explain and was kind. The receptionists at the desk are exceptionally excellent!! As I was waiting for my Mother while she was being treated I was able to witness them interact with clients, and before on the phone. Miss Sarah is very well spoken and definitely knows what she is doing. When she is on the phone with insurance personnel she is patient and takes care of things as well as with the questions that I had she answered the best way possible. And Miss Eunseo, I have to say she is the most tender and kind hearted person that I’ve seen. It’s usually very tough serving senior clients however she does it so politely and kindly. Dr Lee has a great crew

Went today for a cleaning and consultation. Dr Lee was very pleasant to work with and is bilingual. Prices are better than my previous dentist. The receptionists Sara included are very polite. Convenient location. Recommended.

Came here for my annual check up and cleaning but also to address from sensitivity concerns. Ended up need some fillings (and possibly more). Dr Lee and her assistant was great, they are very professional and took good care of me. I didn’t feel any pain and was out of there in no time. The office is clean and they fallow COVID protocols.

Eugene M Sheen, DMD has the worst bedside manners. Very cold, spoke almost like he didn't speak English. Quick one to two word response to queries. Did not address any of my concerns beyond saying "Ok", "it's fine", "keep flossing". I think that all he said during my whole time with him. Had my full mouth x-rayed but it didn't seem like he even looked at it, unless he was looking at it in another room. He didn't look at it in the room with me and didn't even bother to say hi or introduce him self when he came the room. The only reason this place gets 2 stars and not zero is because the assistant is great. She is very professional and friendly. The dentist could care less. He seemed like he wanted to do the least amount possible and go home.

This is the absolute worst dentist that I went to. First things first, I was put into the room, and the X-ray machine wasn’t working, I was being very understanding because things happen. Then after that, they’re cleaning up the room? And the “assistant” told me to wait outside the room just to get reprimanded by the doctor saying “go in the waiting room now, we’ll call you when we’re ready.” Well excuse me… anyway. The assistant did not even know how to take X-rays. Every X-ray came out blurry and the doctor was displeased but didn’t want to say anything to me so I said “do you see anything in the xrays” and she said no. I laughed because you can’t even see the X-ray to begin with. It looks like a three year old took it on an iPhone or something. This place is so out of line and to be quite honest I only went there because I have Medicaid. These people take advantage because you don’t have the best insurance. Well, I rather pay some type of money with a payment plan or something than go to this stupid place!!!!! If I can give a zero star I would.

The dentist is extremely dry

I went in after waiting 1 month and a half!!!! While having an exposed nerve and a cavity that needed cleaning and filling.

I could've went anywhere else but I wanted to try this dentist.

My biggest mistake. I was told they do root canals,cleanings, cavity removal and fillings,

When I got there, I sat like 35 minutes past my appt time. Even tho I made the appt almost 2 months in advanced.

Went in, did xrays. Receptionist did them and asked if I wanted a cleaning I said sure!

Dentist passes by door, gives me the eviI eye for no reason

He comes on dry. Says I DONT do root canals here. Or cavity removal

Then he refers me to another center 40 minutes away in Montclair

I waited 2 months for this. I didn't even get a cleaning out of it

Worst dentist , worst person I ever met

Been trying to get them to do fill ins I need since march and they keep rescheduling my appointments.. the amount of excuses they’ve come up with us truly astounding.. they’re more concerned with getting an insurance pay out for a crown that I have said multiple times I do not want or need. I would love to not be in pain from the tooth sensitivity that could be easily fixed with fill ins..

Follow up review. It’s been a month since I wrote the review and finally had anappointment from 5pm to 12 pm even though she called me yesterday evening to confirm 5 pm. They close at 6 and have a full doctor’s office because I’m not Korean my appointment got changed. What a fantastic place. Will update next week if they cancel my appointment again

Last follow up. I finally got into an appointment but instead of getting all my fill ins at once apparently they do it part by part.. I’ve never been to a dentist office that does this but I’m not a medical professional.. I asked one of the nurses if I can get my last three fillings done together she said yes as long as I schedule an appointment earlier in the day.. so I went back to the receptionist(who apparently is the office manager) to make the appointment only for her to once again not give me the appointment I asked for and once again have the appointments split.. hoping these appointments won’t get canceled.. once I’m done with my dental work here I’m done with this doctor’s office.

Frustrating experience making appointments; voicemail box is always full; does not listen to customer needs..
